UPDATE, response to owner: It was not a question of signing a waiver and narrowing down a model to test ride, it was sales paperwork being referred to, as though your salesperson just thought I was a test pilot and not looking to actually purchase a motorcycle. I got the sense that he probably wanted to get through the credit check before letting me throw a leg over. I would have been happy with a test ride of any relatively recent used Shadow on your lot, but that was not offered either. You need to be careful with such assumptions on walk-in customers, they might walk right back out again and take their business elsewhere, as I did. No malice, no hate, just leaving an honest review of my experience in your store, which was greatly lacking. Cheers. Original review follows: Walked in and looked around, ignored by staff. Asked if I could test ride a Shadow and was told they might consider letting me test ride once they had some paperwork done up if I was actually interested in buying a specific motorcycle. Walked out, ended up buying a motorcycle from a dealer that does not consider test rides to be an unreasonable request.

Ive been to this store a handful of times. Usually Im a satisfied customer. However, this time I had my valves inspected and bought spark plugs from another local shop because Honda charges $28 a spark plug, when you can get the same online or elsewhere for $10-$15 each. You know each shop has their golden egg, and up-charging on spark plugs is one of them. Bugs the crap out of me. I waited two weeks to get the bike back. Which is ok, a little longer than expected. However, on the final call for me to get my bike back, they told me I had the wrong new supplied spark plugs from the other local shop, and they installed their set of plugs in the bike without tell me. The bike was already finished, and offered me to remove the plugs install the old ones or the wrong new one, and modify the invoice somehow. It felt like an ultimatum. I told them I wish you would have called me before installing $110 worth of plugs. I got no response over the phone to that question. Previous work done by this shop is good, but I thought everyone should know about this situation.

Enquirerd about a 2010 Goldwing on cycle trader. Jason responded to my questions quickly. We took care of many details and questions by email. I drove from Michigan because this was such a good deal. I arrived at their location Saturday morning 15 minutes before scheduled opening, however they were already open and there was my bike waiting in the window, as if they expected me. Met Jason and had a flawless purchase. One speaker didnt work and they fixed it. Jason had good knowledge of the Goldwing. I wish they were closer to me, so I could have them service it when needed. Hondas are great motorcycles and Honda Northwest is a good dealer.

Great overall experience! There was a great selection of motorcycles to choose from all of which were priced appropriately. Jason and the staff were great. They followed up me and answered questions I had. There were no pushy sales tactics or pressure to buy immediately. After a few calls and trips into the showroom I decided on a motorcycle to purchase (after having the same motorcycle for 21 years) at which time Jason made the sales paperwork painless. Jason and the staff have continued to be available and accommodating even after my purchase. Great job, keep up the good work.

Great place with the BEST priced bikes I could find anywhere. I live about an hour and a half away but it was well worth the trip. Chris, the salesman I worked with, took care of me and was very patient & knowledgeable. He was always ready to help me out, answering all my pesky questions over the course of a weeks time of me shopping their inventory. There wasnt a single time I was pressured into making a purchase. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a great deal on a used metric bike. I will be back to pick up a Vlx600!

My wife and I live in California and called Jason with a special request. We wanted to buy two GROMs, sight unseen and wire the money from CA. Wed then fly out two months later to pick them up and ride Route 66 to LA. Jason was courteous and all business. He gave me a competitive quote and handled all paperwork without a hitch. When we arrived, the GROMs were serviced and ready to go. We chatted with the courteous service staff and purchased supplies and were on our way. All-in-all, a hassle-free and great transaction.

I live almost 2hr away, viewed a bike on line, some how connected with Jason, one of the coolest concerning salesmen you could ever want to meet. I wasnt rushed, hassled, or talked into purchasing anything. We talked about family, kids, and college before getting more into the bike I was interested in. He helped me out with finding a much better deal than I was already expecting. I will remain a customer and already have a couple of friends heading that way to hopefully experience the same great service I did.

Purchased a used ATV from Honda Northwest that I found online. I was able to contact sales through email and negotiate a little bit, which is always a good thing..=) I dealt with Jason, and he is a great guy. First time buyer and felt I was part of the family. Got Groms and when I got them I wanted to surprise my son. Took them home and went back to the store with him, and of course they were gone. My son had this sad look on his face. Jason from Northwest was in on the plan and played his role absolutely perfect. Once we got to our garage he saw them and the smile was one of those moments a dad will never forget. A great experience an I can highly recommend this dealer.

I bought a new CB500X from Jason last year and was very happy with the transaction and the way I was treated. Ive also bought some accessories and had the bike in for its 600 mile checkup, plus a minor recall, and overall his team has been fair, upbeat, and courteous. This is the first bike Ive bought from Honda NW, and a year later Jason still recognizes my face when I stop in. Nice dealership with a variety of inventory in a convenient location.

Honda Northwest is great. We found a fantastic 2008 Goldwing. Jason was extremely helpful showing us the bike via Facetime and answering all our questions. He arranged to have us picked up at the Chicago airport. The bike was better than advertised and ran great. We immediately left for a 6000 trouble free ride. Ive had my Z1000 services there twice now. I initially picked them because they were close to my office so I didnt have to worry about transportation while they had it. They are keeping me as a customer because each time they have been thorough, very courteous and treated me like I have shopped their for decades. Because of this, Ill keep going back and when I decide to get a new bike, Ill be looking there also.
