Superb service, exceptionally reasonable cost. Woke up Friday morning to no video on my desktop computer. After performing some tests (swapping cables and monitors), I was pretty sure that I had a video card problem. Did some research and decided to call Echelon Computers. Talked to Bill on the phone; he was polite and knowledgeable, so decided to bring it in. Within 1 hour Bill had confirmed that the problem was a bad video card, replaced the card and had the PC ready for pick up! The total charge was less than $50. I would have considered it a great decision at twice the price and twice the time. Bill and Echelon saved the day. I plan to find things for them to do on my other computers. A business as conscientious as this should be supported. Thank you.
In my own life and business I feel integrity is everything. I brought a computer into Echelon because it had no communication with the monitor. John Niziolek was taking care of me. He was writing me up a repair order and could have charged me a $29 diagnostic fee and I would have been fine with that. Instead he had an idea of what was wrong and took a few minutes to try something and it worked. He didnt charge me anything. Now that is integrity. The win for him is that I will be back next time I need a computer. He had many there to fit my needs. Thanks John.
Great customer service. I have used Echelon for my laptop and desktop issues in the past. Pricing has been fair and work done in timely fashion. As a previous customer, I thought Id call about a recent issue with a Windows product and just get some direction. Bill helped me immediately and saved me a trip to the store. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Problem solved within 5 minutes.
Our company has been dealing with Bill and Echelon Computers for many years. They can handle easy to the most difficult projects and they always do it in a timely fashion! On top of it, their prices are probably the most reasonable in the entire area. So I would highly recommend Echelon Computers for any hardware issues that you need help with.
These guys know their stuff. Anytime i have a issue with my work computers or laptops, they are fixed in a good time frame and have very good communication too. I recommend them over ANY other computer repair company when your looking for a repair. Id even suggest talking to them before buying a computer as their knowledge goes far and beyond.
Very nice people. My son needed some small screws for his computer. I called and asked if they sold any, and they told me to come by. They gave me the screws, and wouldnt even take any money for them. The guy even helped me pick all the little screws out of their storage bins so I would have the right ones. Thanks!
Super friendly, I had an issue where i lost a jumper for my motherboard and decided to call. I spoke with Bill and he hooked me up. In the future if I have any issues which I cannot trouble shoot I will keep these guys in mind and will send anyone who needs help straight to them. Really appreciate all thank you.
My 1 year old Dell HD crashed. Lost all my data. I called Echelon and spoke to Bill. I brought in the desktop and Bill installed a new Intel 240 SSD & a WD 3 terabyte spinning HD. When I picked it up, I saw they also sell used computers. I wound up purchasing a used Lenova (128 SSD).
I have been in to see Bill with my computer and my moms computer. He has been very helpful and has worked to fix our computer issues. Today I had the pleasure to meet Blake. He also was very helpful. I would recommend them both to help with any of your computer issues.
