I came in having issues with my new phone that I bought at the West Hartford Center. The manager Michael had helped me with my new Lg G5. He not only fixed the issues that i had but made sure that all the setup was done correctly. He even looked at my account and put me on the right plan for me, saved me money and even helped activate my employer discount. The store i bought my phone from would not even look at my plan for a newer rate and didnt even tell me about my discount. I recommend this location because I have never been helped to this extent before not even from the "big stores". Michael and his team were extremely educated and recommended the right services and plans. I will be shopping with them in the future. Michael has made my Verizon experience an enjoyable and helpful one.

Do not fall for these five star reviews; they are a sham (notice how most of them are by users with only one review). This is NOT a corporate Verizon store, and as a result they charge almost double what it would cost to upgrade a phone online. Thats not including an absurd $35 fee to use that incredibly outdated machine that transfers contacts and pictures. The salesmen work off commission, which means that they are extremely friendly to you until you ask a question they dont like, or mention that the upgrade and service fees are unreasonable. By the end of my visit, I had three people practically yelling at me that by upgrading online, Im sacrificing superior service and support. Sure didnt feel superior to me. If you wish to upgrade your phone, go online. It saves money, time, and hassle.

I had a wonderful experience here today. The store manager Johnny helped resolve an issue with my account. He then helped me get a new phone as well as setting it up an transferring my info. What really stood out and compelled me to write this review is that fact that he offeref to deliver a wireless home phone to my home so I did not have to make another trip and rely on the housing communitys bus. Being in a wheelchair makes it difficult to get around and no other place I shop would have made such an offer. That kind of service is rare nowadays. Thank you Johnny for your outstanding service.

They sold me a piece of junk as a portable battery charger while I was traveling through Connecticut. I called to arrange a return and they refused. Then told me as an accommodation, they would allow me to drive there from NY and swipe my card in person and rEfund me. I explained it would cost me $75 in gas and tolls, not to mention my time and excess mileage on my car to get back $47.85. The manager told me it was banking policy that I had to be there in person, and that is a plain lie. The managets name is Michael. Stay away from their store.

A few years back I met Matthew Conicelli at the Crossroads Plaza Verizon Store. He became our salesman, our advisor, and our guide as my wife and I learned about the Apple iphones, their capabilities and Verizons plans. He left the area for a couple years to be at another Verizon store, but now that hes back he is our "go-to" person with any questions about our plans or our phones and accessories. The store is easily accessible as our the Verizon employees who work there. Well continue taking our business there.

I went into Verizon wireless today to get an upgrade that was available under my plan. Andrew R. assisted me and went above and beyond in terms of customer service! He was kind, helpful, and even chatted with me while my iCloud updated on my phone. Andrew also helped me troubleshoot some issues with my old phone and explained all I needed to know about my new one. I will certainly come back if I ever have any further questions and will recommend this Verizon to friends after the positive experience I had today!

This is an authorized reseller of Verizon products not legitimate Verizon, go to the one in the West Farms mall for legit expertise. They have lied to my face and only goal is to get you to buy more, not getting you a better deal. People there are also have attitude with sarcasm. Went to a legit store and I ended up getting more data and saved hundreds of dollars on the monthly bill because they were actually Verizon. They lie and rip you off.

Came into my local store to shop for a case for my iPhone that I bought online. The guys here at the store were amazing even tho I didnt buy my phone from them, they helped set up my device and they helped me pick up the right type of case. Unfortunately they have so many options I ended up buying 2. They even gave me a discount. I will definitely buy my next phone from them and recommend going to their location.

On several occasions I have gone in with problems, sometimes self inflicted and they have solved the problems no questions asked. I have also looked to their person assistance when buying phones for my wife, children and self and always found their suggestions right on. I have dropped in other locations and hunted online without the same satisfaction. Ask for Matt hes knowledgeable and honest.

Went to the store in bishops corner to exchange anot I phone for a Samsung. Had a very nice guy Luis take care of my exchange he and the manager went out of there way to make things work. They didnt have to go the extra mile that they did but I was very appreciative of both there efforts 5 star effort for a new customer. Thanks to Luis and manager for their fine service.

Came in to store about my bill. Matthew and Johnnie did a bill analysis and saved me $30 a month from an old plan. I have been there in the past when it was under old management and never saved money. They store seems to have changed for the better the new manager Johnnie is very customer service oriented and so is his team. I have been Matthews customer for years now.

Great service from Luis, walking me through the process of upgrading to a Samsung S7. It was a somewhat absurd process due to Verizons complicated policies that are designed to confuse and hide costs but thats not the salesmans fault. Would recommend going to Luis at this location if you are a Verizon customer.
