Ive ordered multiple times from Edible Arrangements around the country, however, Ive ordered only once from the Stamford store--and that is enough for me. I had a coupon code which I entered in at the time of payment on the website, which Ive done multiple times with no issue. For some reason, the Stamford store could not "see" the coupon code, and even though Id already agreed the discounted amount and had it charged to my credit card, the manager actually put the charge through as the full amount, with no discount. When I called to complain, and had my receipt, he was very indignant, rude and completely unprofessional. Having worked client management roles throughout my career, I could not believe how nasty he became when I explained to him that he does not have the right to OVERCHARGE me for a service/product that Ive already agreed to pay at the discounted amount--nevermind that Id used this same coupon code multiple times with different franchises of Edible Arrangements without a single hiccup. I would recommend the company, but not this store, due to the lack of the proprietors professionalism and for overcharging me (which took over a week to rectify!).

I wish I looked at this review from Consumer Alert before I placed my order. They are rude, they miscounted something on my order. Even though it was one item, customer service was RUDE. In my opinion, going above and beyond is what makes a company great. I dealt with both this store and called the call centers 800 number, and they both said theres nothing I could do, or tell my wife who I had the arrangement sent to stop her workday and bring it back so they can fix it. Truly pathetic. Will never order from Edible Arrangements again. Its not like they are cheap, all of their items are expensive, my order was over $80, for that I feel some respect is in order.

I wish there were negative stars to give this place for poor and rude service, THEY ONLY GOT ONE STAR BECAUSE THE SYSTEM DOSENT ALLOW YOU TO GIVE THEM A ZERO!!! . The manager of this place is a horrible person , I have never come across such a rude person , she should be ashamed at herself . The owner of the place should wake up and replace her before its too late!!! Basically they delivered ROTTEN !!!! fruit and wouldnt properly replace it or give us a proper credit !!!! Too long of story to explain - JUST DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!!!

The orders I placed online were prepared properly and on time. However, the fruit salad sold in a small bowl is not as same quality as the fruit bouquet orders.
