The number of stars would have been one, but in all honesty there were no rude or offensive Apple or Citizen One Financial employees. The only thing offensive is the companys attitude towards its customer base. Please allow me to explain. We own many Apple iPhones and other products. I visited the Evergreen Walk store in South Windsor Ct on June 23rd to amongst other things, purchase an iPhone. As we completed the very long and horribly tedious process of purchasing the phone using the 0% monthly payment plan, My 770 credit score was denied. Yes that is right DENIED. The "process" includes recording your drivers license, your credit card for automatic charges to your account, and collection of your SS # and birthdate. I work very hard to maintain excellent credit but 3 years ago I was sued for $274. for a medical bill I disputed. I lost (I could not make it to court that day) and paid the $274 to the undeserved medical company for a duplicate payment for a medical test. ALL that information becomes a part of your credit history. And yes my credit score is still 770, since it had occurred far enough in the past. I even very recently refinanced my mortgage and took out a home equity Loan on my house without any problems. Citizen One financial however does not review your credit, if you have an unsatisfactory score or in my case a "judgement" you are denied, period. Neither company apparently has anyone smart enough to read a credit report. Citizen One claims that the standards are put in place by Apple, not sure I believe them though. I spoke to both companies customer service they each blamed the other, big surprise. I blame Apple for allowing a company mistreat its customers in such a demeaning way. When the the report came back I sensed the Apple employees wanted to believe me, yet was looked upon like a common criminal. Not sure what I will do next but I feel extremely betrayed by Apple. I consider myself a good customer and will be reluctant to make many purchases from them in the future.

It looks very nice and clean, like any respectable Apple store. I simply wanted my screen fixed. When I went in on Sunday, I couldnt actually get an appt until Tuesday. Then I came in and apparently got the new guy. He seemed very unsure about how to work the iPad he was working on, so unsure that I offered to help him. I asked why it was so expensive a process and he had to ask someone else for the answer. He didnt know approximately how long it would take, so he asked a supervisor (the est time was right in front of him on the screen). I went out (the procedure took about an hour), and when I returned, the screen was fixed... For the most part. The seal at the bottom was incomplete, almost ensuring that water or moisture of any kind could easily get in and mess up my entire phone. I am returning tomorrow to get it re-replaced, but I will most likely not return after that until they properly train their employees. The service was great and the people were very nice, but the product was a bit disappointing.

Ive had a reoccurring problem with a cable in my computer. I drove up immediately after discovering the problem (5pm ish) and was able to get my computer back before close (8pm). I didnt have to pay to get the cable replaced since it had previously been replaced at the Apple Store not long ago. Although the products are admittedly really frustrating, *if youre nice to the employees theyre so nice back*. Mimi the technician was really nice and patient and explained everything and answered all my questions (even after getting yelled at by the guy before me).

My charger stopped working on my iPhone (most likely because I pull on it while using it so I can still use my phone) and I lucked out, as when I got there, there werent many people in the store. I told the guy at the front what was happening to my charger and he had one of the people in red bring me to speak to someone who could get me to the right place. Overall everyone was friendly and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. Im glad Apple decided to open this store so close to my neighborhood because this will be my goto store from now on.

Just needed a battery replaced on my iPhone. I set up an appointment as any respectable customer would. Went in to get the battery replaced, and was told they couldnt do it because there was a potential that it may not work. I told the "genius" at the Genius Bar that I would be happy to pay even if it didnt work, and I was still told no. I asked to borrow the tools to do it myself, and was also told no. They told me I had to purchase a new iPhone. I left in sadness and regret for purchasing from a company that I had so much respect for :(

I went with an appointment, still they made me wait for 20 minutes. After that 1guy came and I showed him 2 iphones which were having issues. He was like no with 1 appointment I can help with only one. Are you serious!!! What kind of business you guys are doing. Sounds like they dont even want to help. Dude we are paying for our service not asking for charity. There are 100 other store and 100 other phones we can use.

Most Awful experience among all stores i have been Couldnt pickup an online order because i have a middle initial on my id and full middle name on my order, after 45 minutes of 4 times apple cuatomer service calls they changed the name but still no help for picking up the order. After an hour and 15 mins, i had to walk out without the items cancelling my order, just go to another apple store!

A friend of mine has lockout on their phone n I come with them a few times and Apple blows us away like we are bothering them. For one we explained that this person is a handicap person n "Corporate office "acts to say so, but my view is we paid your SALARY for now. Plus others may also write n tell their story.

Got to write a review because I dont understand people. I had a great experience at this Apple Store. They took care of my problem fast and well plus they were really nice. I really think Apple consumers have a problem. If you hate it so much why do you keep going with them???

Its 12/5/15 a few weeks before Christmas and I had the worst experience. The manager "Ron" and,his whole crew (of kkk members that he works with) were very hostile and disrespectful. They acted as if since I was Puerto Rican that everyone had to harass me. Dont go ... !

Worse Apple location got 50 employees standing around doing nothing but tell me its a hr wait to change out a charger never have any problems at west farms might be because of my skin color but I wont be going back there

Horrible customer services. The technicians always running behind and their only 5 technicians for the whole store, not enough to cover this area of Manchester CT. Horrible! They need to hire more people!.
