On September 9th I pre-ordered a phone through the East Windsor location. Everything was quick and painless in the store and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. On the 16th the date that I was told the phone would arrive I stopped into the store to only find out that my phone was on backorder and did not come in.(this is no one at that stores fault things happen). I was working with Dana and trying to see what the resolution the problem would be. Dana said that there were other colors of the phone that I wanted available but that she could not cancel my order because it was something that customer care had to do. But once I cancel my order she could just order me the different color. 1 and a half hours later on the phone with customer care and I canceled my order. seeing this was the first day the iphone7 was available there was about an hour wait. When I got up to the counter I was helped again my Dana.Dana then informed me that the original promotion that I received was no longer available and I would have to pay an extra 8 Dollars a month to get the same phone if a different color that I originally ordered. Her manager and everyone else in the store was unwilling to even try and rectify the situation. She said there was no one in corporate or a regional manager that she could contact to try and fix things. I eventually left the store with no solution to the problem and was supposed to get a call 3 days after to let me know what was going to happen. long story short I contacted the Newington connection sprint location and spoke with Angel the store manager who honored my original deal for the phone and was in an out of the store within 30 minutes the same day I called. Will and the staff over there were excellent and professional and would highly recommend over the East Windsor location. Angel did not make any special call to any regional manager it was fixed the first time we spoke. At the end of the day and extra 8 Dollars a month is nothing this was about honoring the original deal that I signed up for.

We switched from Verizon to Sprint in the fall of last year. We never have even seen a difference between the two carriers until today. My husband lost his phone while walking a friends dogs. He remembered as he retraced his tracks that there was a specific car with a couple in it. The car was gone and he couldnt find his phone anywhere! He left for work and I was left to go talk to Sprint in EW. I told Meghan the saga and I could only tell her the phone number and his google password. We could not remember the google address for anything. Meghan was able to work her magic. She locked the phone, added my number to the phone as a contact on the locked, lost phone. The phone appeared to be shut down. I left there thinking my husband would be paying the $200 deductible and get a replacement sent out. I wasnt very far when Meghan called me to tell me where the phone might be. I got a friend to go with me and we actually got our phone back unharmed. I was so happy as was my husband! He thought he had lost all his contacts along with photos that are precious! THANKS MEGHAN! ...and East Windsor Sprint for going the extra mile!

I called in advance to make sure they had the device I wanted in stock. The young woman on thebohone assured me that they had plenty. After arriving there and waiting in line for 35 minutes I was told that they had none of the device I wanted and that they could order it for me and it would be in within a week or I could just choose another device. Instead I went to the corporate store. In West Springfield and was helped by much more pleasant staff with no wait and got the device I wanted right on the spot. I will never go back to the privately owned sprint store on prospect hill Rd.

Number 1 is the people who work there. They gave us great service and took time to answer some mundane questions. Number 2 "no" was not the first response to a question. If something needed research that was what was said. Number 3 conversation while downloads, uploads, etc. occurred were more than single syllable words. Number 4 a good feeling to move to this carrier with this caliber of person on the front line.

This is not a Sprint corporate store. The staff is rude & inexperienced. They only care about making their Commission. They Do not carry any phones in stock. And do not listen to customers request. I told them more and once not to change my phone plan. When I received my bill I found my plan was completely changed. Take my advice, drive a little further, and find a corporate store.

They really do have exceptional service at this store. Melissa has gone above and beyond the call on more than one occasion in order to help my family members. We had quite a variety of requests we threw at her and she was super professional and fast every time. Dont buy on-line, buy in East Windsor. Their service is outstanding!

We went there at 9:30 on Monday, employees didnt bother to show up to work on time, even 30 minutes after it says its opened. We then waited there for another 30 minutes and no one showed up. We werent the only ones, other people were coming and waiting for them to open, about six others.

I never even want to go to this store after the way I was treated on the phone. Megan was rude towards the end of a 20 minute call. I didnt ask you to call me!!! Was called about upgrading to iPhone 7 Why would I go for a 40 minute drive up and back when I have a store 3 miles away?

I need my phone Looked at due to it running extremely slow. The battery was taking 4 hrs to charge, my text and call were such a delay. Meagan trouble shot my issue and with in that half hr. My phone ran much faster. They gave great customer service!!!!
