**** update*******
I want to take this time to update anybody possibly thinking of buying anything from these "people"
long story short, I ordered a part, a week later I didnt receive it so I called for tracking. they hadnt shipped it so I cancelled. 2 weeks later I call because I realize my CC did not get reimbursed. I called today 10/12 and ask where it is. after speaking with this "Jessica" she told me I will be reimbursed

Left my bike for a week (while at the Cape) for first service , came back , not done. Owner thought it was funny they didnt do it yet. Said he would do it Monday, called about twenty times Monday, no answer. Went there and found the CT State police there with the crime tape surrounding the place. They removed suspected counterfeit merchandise with a search warrant. Called again and finally got through and they told me my bike would be ready at 530. Asked ken if he would show me how to set the clock on the bike when I picked it up. No, "youll have to come back later". Called a week later because of a vibration and was put on hold for about five minutes. I hung up and called back. Ken picked up, told him I was not impressed by the service so far and he call me a "dickhead" and told me I could bring my bike somewhere else for service ( paid cash 2014 Concours). He has refused to service the bike. This guy has got some real anger issues. And he is a terrible businessman. Here is a guy who enters into a legal agreement with someone and then decides, I think Ill go back on my commitment. .

They overcharge for the work that they take forever to complete and the owner is crooked. Ill never go to Chaplin Kawasaki again. This guy cant be trusted with anything, he is a short tempered child in a overweight mans body. he didnt like this post so he called me and threatened me. he said if I didnt take this post down he would" make sure my bike service would not go smooth". he even told me it was "a threat". after three different phone calls he finally let me come get my bike and he made me pay cash, which was no small amount, so have fun future customers. Your a punk Ken I looked you in you eyes at the shop and you didnt have anything to say then. You walked by and sat down at the computer probably to write this reply and didnt turn around or say anything for the 15 mins I was in your store. and yes that mechanic was nice.

This shop is shaddy, i would not recommend dealing with them in any manner, purchased a part from them, part arrived clearly damaged before shipping, told me to ship it back on my dime, and they would fefund my shipping cost after they recieved the part. now they say that they never got the part even know the post office says they got it. the rep for the local post office told me that he was familiar with them and this is not the first time that they have done this, after reading reviews on ebay about the seller, found out that this is the third time this month that they sold this part and the buyer was unhappy with what they recieved. i will never deal with this company ever again, they are comiting fraud to pay for parts that they could not sell otherwise.

Chaplin Kawasaki is a great establishment. They are always happily welcoming their customers and answering questions that need to be answered at a timely manor. The parts guys at the counter, Kenny, Tyler, & Adam, are great at giving advice and assisting those in need of parts. I have ordered many parts both in the store & online & Brittany, the shipping woman in back, does her job very well. I have never had a problem with Chaplin Kawasaki. They always have everything I need, if not in stock, they order it & ship it out with a timely manor. I am a happy customer & will continue my business at Chaplin Kawasaki. I would never shop anywhere else!

UPDATE .. i have never posted a poor review in my life, in fact i cant stand people who do but this place is horrendous, as you see in his response this fuktard could have fixed things with a simple apology but he has zero people skills.. the best part is he blames his employee when i spoke to him. I offered to pay by credit card, bank check , regular check , wire funds and paypal and he just loved busting balls ans saying he doesnt except any of this , yet he sells on the net ! the guy loved to piss people off, its a game to him... go to New England cycle works or Columbia Motorsports at least they appreciate customers .

3 weeks, going on 4 weeks without a bike thanks to these jokers. Got a top end rebuild kit from them. Everything was right, except they gave me the wrong wrist pin. They said they would have the right one in the mail in two days. A week goes by and I havent got anything from them, nor heard from them. On the 10th day after they said they were sending the pin out, U contacted them and they said I needed the send back the wrong one first. Then that they would refund us the money. Ive been without a bike over 3 weeks now, because they couldnt tell me in the first place that they never had the correct part to send us.

I have been going to chaplin kawasaki for over ten years now and it has always been the easiest most pleasant experience. Kenny and Jessica are people that you can talk to at the counter like you would your closest friends. Everytime i ask if a part is in stock they always have it and multiple brands of them to choose from. NOBODY has more parts in stock than kenny and i dont care where you go. If you ride kawasaki or honda in new england this is where you go. I am picking up a bike tomorrow and i already know how much i owe and know i could just about get it with my eyes closed if i wanted! Thank you!
