I went to this establishment to ship a package to a naval base. I stated that it was imperative that the mailing address was printed exactly as shown. He told me he ships there all the time and he knows what is doing. I said okay and asked if there was a military discount on the price of shipping. He said there is one but only if I had an account. I said I do and he asked for the account number. I said I dont know my account number and he told me to use my phone to log onto my account. I did that and showed him it was not displayed on my profile. He continuously stabbed at my phone without my consent until I said "pressing the button repeatedly is not going to make it appear". At this point he stated I was attacking him. I stated that I wasnt attacking him and asked if it was possibly not showing up because I was on a mobile. He said everyone else can do it and offered no other help. I gave up and told him Ill just pay. The mailing address was written incorrectly as I feared. I had to argue with him to correct the address because the he did not understand that the package will not be accepted if the label is not written exactly as stated in the Naval ECS handbook (title of personal, no abbreviations, 5 lines, etc.). I waited as he again poked at my phone without consent to get him to input the address exactly as shown. I made the decision today to try using Fed-Ex for shipping because it seemed more convenient so this was my first time using them to ship anything, military related or otherwise. I was later able to find my account number using a computer but I and my associates will continue using USPS for our shipping needs to avoid events like these.

Terrible job in reproducing my invitations for a party. Black smudge marks all over, couldnt find my original and reduced the size of one page of my invitation without consultation. I dont even know where to begin to describe how upset I was with them. I even brough my own paper and they still didnt reproduce the copies accurately. Am waiting to hear about reimbursement for the paper I brought.

I had to get a package out and was budget-conscious and the Fedex clerk was extremely helpful in explaining the different options to me in terms of timing and cost. I would definitely come back to this location.
