Was lied to by a sales person about the warranty through them about it not going through a third party. (Appliance Factorys third party warranty provider had denied the request for warranty work)Warranty is being fulfilled by manufacturer. $90 for the warranty through Appliance Factory is a total waste cuz im having to go through GMs warranty service myself anyways. Had bought a Fridge from Appliance Factory that turned out to be a total waste of money and time due to the fact it dose not work my old fridge cooled my food better. Instead of paying over $900 for a broken fridge then having to pay even more for repairs in the future cuz the fridge is running so hard constantly its gonna need a bunch of work in the future. I should have just called a repair man in the first place for my original fridge which had went out because it would have worked out to be MUCH cheaper to repair my old fridge then to buy a new broken one for 900+ bucks then repair it cuz their sales people are snakes on top of selling broken appliances(i had almost asked the sales person to quit following me arround that i could figure stuff out but figured he was only trying to help and that itd be kinda rude) ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THESE LYING CONMEN WHICH SELL BROKEN THINGS AGAIN, AND RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME!(((edited because i had misunderstood my wife about paying for repairs out of pocket.... and because we had someone come out and they filled the fridge with freeon two or three days later the food in my freezer has become thawed and now have to wait til the 4/18/17 to have someone out here again to re-re-fix the fridge and had payed for it on 4/4/17)))) Had finally spoke to a manager after i myself contacted em 3 times and my wife had also called an additional 2 times in a four day time period ... we have requested a full refund as buying this fridge from here has been nothing but headache since... the manager stated that if it has been used he cant refund it but if the manufacturer says it cant be fixed they can then go ahead and fix things for me and issue a refund. i was also told by the manager that their warranty service is owned by the same person and they will be willing to refund that if im unhappy with it, and stated that for the first year of the warranty it is meant to cover anything the manufacturer wont and because the manufacturer is willing to work on it their warranty service wont. so today is saturday and the manager stated he cant do anything about finding out if he can issue a refund or not until monday when he can speak to the manufacturer to see if he could send it back to them or not.... I have a few extra bucks that im going to have to use on a mini fridge so my son has non rancid eggs for easter tomarrow.... hopefully you are smarter then I and are reading all the reviews before buying from here and maybe come to think do i want to go through that? Also they send you a postcard in the mail asking for feedback and to come back and they will give you a good deal and it states your sales persons name hence all the reviews with staff members names (probly to try to counter feedback like this)

Im writing this specifically because several employees of Appliance Factory asked me to write them a review regarding my experience. Ill preface this with I only purchased items in the used department. This review is not about the newer department. However, the customer service aspect will reflect the entire store. I went in to Appliance Factory to purchase a Dishwasher, Microwave, and a Refrigerator. I purchased them all on the first day, but needed to come back two weeks later with a truck to pick them up. On the day I had scheduled to pick them up, they decided to move my items to the new location without informing me. Not a big deal, but still a pain. When we got there, they couldnt find the microwave and decided rather than looking for it, theyll just give me the next best thing they could find. Once the other two items were found, the managers and employees took off and left my dad, brother, and I to load everything into the truck. Once we had it loaded, I walked back up to find about 6 employees standing around doing nothing. The next day, I was informed the lost microwave was at the location with everything else, and they would deliver it to me to make up for the issues. Once the delivery guys left, we noticed the microwave was clearly dropped and not usable and needed to be taken back. The Refrigerator had a cut water line and I was then required to call a 3rd party company to come out and fix it. The dishwasher had missing pieces and also needed a specialist to come out to install it ($160 charge). All three items were supposedly cleaned out, but everything had grease and gunk on it. The third replacement microwave was a solid touch screen. Upon installing this, we noticed the touch screen didnt work and needed to be replaced again. The forth actually worked thanks to the guys in the back for bending over backwards to make sure I got a good quality product. I ended up walking out with a microwave quite a bit more expensive than what I originally paid for. Upon completion of the purchase and installation of three appliances from Appliance Factory. I had to drive to the store a total of 9 times for various reasons and spent an extra $460 that I was not planning on spending. I have attempted to call the General Manager Jeff Harris a number of times to discuss this further, but never got any response. The customer service in the store is quite dismal no matter where you go. No one seems willing to help unless you are starting a fire under someone to get help, and even then the management treats the customer like they are a thorn in the side. Very few people seem willing to help the customer. Im disappointed to say I will not be coming back any time soon to do business with this company.

We had a horrible experience here and will never shop at another Appliance Factory Outlet again. Our refrigerator went out, so we decided to shop around for the best price on the style we wanted. We went to Appliance Factory because we had gotten good deals on items here in the past. They told us they had an out of box fridge in the model we were looking for and all it had was a couple of scratches on the sides, which we decided we could live with. They set us up for delivery a couple of days later and said they would call the night before to give us a time frame, they never called, so I called the morning of the delivery, which was a very snowy day, and was told that all deliveries were cancelled for the day, I get that. So the next day they came out, 2 hours late! My husband actually called to find out if they were still coming. When they got there the fridge was in HORRIBLE condition, so we didnt even let if off the truck, we sent it back. We picked out a new fridge and were told that it had to be ordered and they had no clue when it would arrive, so I asked for a refund in order to get the fridge at another place that could deliver the next day with free delivery. I was told there would be a 25% restocking fee since they had already brought the EXTREMELY damaged fridge out to my house. I did not agree with this since the fridge was not at all in the promised condition. After about an hour on the phone with the rudest person I have ever come in contact with (and I am in the customer service industry), I finally got frustrated and agreed to just wait the undisclosed amount of time for the new fridge. I called about two weeks later to check on the status and they informed me that it was in the warehouse and had been for a couple of days with no call to me to let me know it was in or when it would be delivered. When it finally came, the delivery drivers just dropped it off, did not set it up at all, which they were supposed to do. The difference in the prices of the two fridges was refunded to my card, however I did not think the amount was correct, but I was told I would be sent a new invoice so I figured I could verify my suspicions then, but it never came. After about 3 times trying to contact the store about this issue I finally got a hold of a very helpful person who made sure the additional funds went back on my card. I wish there was a zero star option on the rating scale!
