I cant even give this one star. I understand mistakes are sometimes made however, having run an auto parts store previously, somethings you just find unacceptable. After my mechanic had went to this store and spoke with a certain person and while I would love to drop a name, I wont. He tells me he was told they could get the remaining parts we need by 5pm the same day and ask me if I wanted to have the extra work done. I agree and he asks me to call and get the stuff ordered so we have it. Im on a tight schedule and Im leaving the next day to go on a trip, so I call and the "person" acts like they have no idea what Im talking about when I describe my vehicles YEAR, MAKE & MODEL along with the other needed info. As this person is describing the parts to me nothing seems to make sense or match what I need. I tell my mechanic to speak to this person as they seem " lost" with me. He gets on the phone and after going over the same items with me in ear shot of this conversation, this person finally tells him they will have some of the stuff and will have the rest of it before they close for the day. As the time nears and my mechanic goes down to this Napa store, he finds out that not only do they not have the items they said they had, this person looked up the parts on an entirely different make of automobile. How exactly do you do that? You are told by two people the make, the model, the year, the engine size etc. How are you not even on the right make of vehicle when nothing will match in the computer as you go through this? Is this Napa know how? My mechanic had to look at the computer and confirm the parts and unfortunately get them the next day. I usually go into loveland for parts based on what I have seen when picking up some fluid previously.at this store. I will never use that store again and wonder what the heck is corporate doing? You apparently spend to much money on sponsorship for Nascar and executive positions, to get quality people that know and CARE what they are doing to work there. I almost forgot, I get a phone call the next day and when I answer I hear " Yes Rob, this is blankety blank, I need a credit card" No. this is blank with Napa, your parts have came in, I need to collect payment. I mean, what kind of professional phone call is that? It was a different person who called so, who the hell is this asking for my credit card info and for what reason? NEVER AGAIN.

Napa auto parts in Milliken, As far as home town feel and treatment goes you cant beat this team of Pros. I can call and they will get me the parts I need on the next truck, most of the time the same day. They do not require a credit card for local people and that is how home town business is done.
