I have been to many dealers in this area, because I am trying to find a specific truck, and they are tough to find. I have a 3 year old car with 30k on the odo to trade in as well. I dealt with Rick, and right from the get go, he was pushy and rude, telling me my car wasnt worth much before even seeing it, and before I saw the truck! We finally drove the truck, and liked it, but found some glaring problems that needed to be dealt with. (Spare tire missing, broken headlight, worn out tires, etc) Not a deal breaker at all, but something I would want fixed or addressed before buying. We get back from our drive, and ask what the sales guy would give me in trade... Mind you, I have been to 4 dealerships around town, and every trade in was 7-8k before we even tried tomake a deal. He says my car is very hard to sell, and is only worth $6k, tops. I call him out, and he feeds me a line about how he is telling the truth, and the other dealers have lied. I tell him I looked up the value on kbb, and it said my car was worth $7500. Then he says only to use NADA, because KBB is wrong. We argue some more, he railroads me and wont let me talk, I get frustrated and I leave... And when I get home, I do my homework... NADA, the site he swears by, says my car is worth $7500 in "rough" condition, trade in value!!! Mine is mint, so the "excellent" value is $8850!!!! He was trying to cut me short by almost three thousand dollars! Are you kidding??? And the whole time he was rude, and talked down to me. I am a calm guy, and I got a little short with him, because I was so mad. Run from this dealer. It is a shame they have the truck I want, because I would probably own it now if Rick had an ounce of customer service skills. The price of the truck was good, and I drove an hour to get there, fully expecting to make a deal. Of all the dealers, this was my worst experience yet, by far! The best part is, he bragged about how good their google reviews are when he saw me getting frustrated. Ive read them now, and I am not alone! 3.5 out of 5 is 70%... Or in otherwords, a C-. That is barely passing, bud. Not "Great".

I bought my car a year and a half ago. I know it seems weird to write a review so long after but when I found myself looking for a new car because I was sold such a terrible one, I felt as though I should share my experience. I was pointed toward the car I bought here at Frontline by a salesman, while looking at other models. He said "if you want a really good car, here it is." So I test drove it, liked it, made a deal and left with my new car that I was super excited about. Did I let myself get suckered? Oh yeah, slightly my fault. I was in a time crunch for a road trip. The very next day, the car wouldnt start, I had to jump it. So owning the vehicle for all of 20 hours, I have to buy a new battery. Whatever, I get over it. That evening, driving in to Wyoming, the Service Engine light comes on. As well as the low tire pressure light AND the low water light for the washer fluid. BUMMER. We cut our trip short, drove back to CO to get Emissions done. If it fails within 3 days of purchase, the dealership has to fix it. I was under the impression the check engine light would fail that test... Nope, it passed with the check engine light section only failing. I call Frontline, express my disappointment, they say "ok, bring it down, well look at it". Leave it with them, they say it was just an $80 hose and that they replaced it. All lights are now off. The very next night, that service engine light comes right back on. I also founnd a crack in the hose attaching the water basin for the washer fluid, so it can only be half filled up without leaking. So after a year and a half, I have 1). Bought a new battery 2). Put on new brakes 3). Buy all new tires 4). Constantly have the service engine light on 5). Constantly have low tire pressure light on 6). Constantly have low washer fluid light on 7). The power outlet does not work. So yeah, I would not recommend buying a car here. I get that I bought a used car, but it was still $9,000 and new for me. Having that many hidden issues, they had to at least know of some them. Good Luck

I have purchased two vehicles from Frontline in Longmont. The first was a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe in Jan 2015 when I first moved to town and did not know anyone. It was the first time I met Rick. Now Rick is a used car salesman dont be under any illusions. His job is to sell cars and make a profit. Now with that said he is not going to sell you lemons because he wants repeat business. Which is exactly what I gave him. I bought my second vehicle from him in June 2015 a GMX Yukon Denali. I went to other dealers and each time I felt as if i was being cheated. Some of them did the bait and switch some made blatant promises you know were not true. I should have gone back to Frontline and saved myself a week. Rick and Justin are really good guys. They really helped me and my family out finding the right vehicles. Again remember they are in the business to SELL CARS. And remember you are buying a USED CAR not a new car. There are going to be things that need fixin, its used. I love both of our vehicles from them and when ever I pop by to see them they always come out and say hi shake my hand and ask me how the cars are doing. Rick and Justin they want to see you back. I even met the owner Zach and his family. Good solid people at Frontline, they dont take advantage and they treat you with respect. So much so that before I drove the car off the lot I bought my wife kids and mother in law down to see the vehicle and the Frontline team really took car of us. From my 5 year old daughter to my 65 year old mother in law. I do not know how better to say this other than I trust them and the vehicles they sold me with my family.

When we first called, Justin answered and was very helpful. We left our house and drove an hour. When we showed up, Justin had the key in his hand and was ready to show us to the truck. They have so many vehicles on their lot that they were all crammed together. When he finally got the truck pulled out, he informed us it was a base model; which we didnt mind until we looked into the price verse KBB price. They were asking 3500 over what KBB priced the car at for buying from a dealer... that wasnt including all their fees. When we took it for a test drive, i could hear a ticking but we didnt say anything right away. When we got back to the dealership, he became very pushy to get us financed and on our way out. That is when i asked for carfax on the truck and informed him about the ticking. He told me it was nothing major and that it already passed emissions so we wouldnt have to worry until 2 years from now. However when we got the carfax, it clearly stated the truck had failed emissions on June 21st (a week ago!). Yes it eventually passed but i dont want us to come across a problem as soon as we buy the truck. When we told him we wanted to look around some more he became very rude and gave the attitude of no longer wanting to work with us. We walked out and wont be back.
