This please was horrible to deal with and issue is still unresolved. I purchased Zimmermand drilled rotors for my BMW and they came damaged as if they were dropped at some point during handling or shipping... I had requested a UPS label a couple times so I can returned them they stated they had to open a claim to pick them up. They sent me another one and it was the wrong item for a different car. I then requested the UPS label to do this myself. FedEx came by to pick up the rotor and I asked them to take them all and couldnt do so. I received another rotor and it was again damaged! I then requested to return all of them for a full refund and requested USP labels since I never used them still in a box. They gave me such a hassle for over 60 days and finally received refund for one rotor, yet I still had three sitting in my garage for a refund/return. I was denied a refund because a claim needed to be made and I was very frustrated because I had made a claim. I have a chain of emails stating a claim was made and that if it took more than 30 days without rotors being picked up, that I would get a full refund and keep the rotors. I had waited over 30 days for the person to tell me that a claim was never made that I was confused, meanwhile the emails going back and forward(proof) stated I was in the right to get a full refund and keep the rotors. I care less to keep the rotors as I stated, I just wanted my refund. I never heard back from them again and they still owe me for the remainder of the damaged rotors. Some time after the last email I received a letter with UPS labels, so I guess now it is a bit too late as it has been well over 90 days of bull crap. I went with ECS tuning and still have those damaged rotors in the garage. Poor customer service and would not recommend to anyone else that gets a product with damage.

If I could I would give them no stars. I ordered a tool box from them less than a week ago and was expecting there advertised free shipping and five star service . Ever since I placed the order I have had to call them to verify payment info and addresses, one time having me resubmit an order. I would understand if that was the worst of it because things happen. But twice more I had to call to confirm information. How hard should it be to buy a product online these days especially from a company that has great reviews. After all this was figured out I was told it would be shipped that day. The following day I received a call from them telling me they cant ship the item because there supplier didnt want to. I asked what I could do to help this move along and they told me they could do nothing and blamed the supplier. I asked who I could contact to help make this sell happen and they said they could not do businesses with me. I then asked if I could get their suppliers info to help them make this sell and they informed me they wont do business with anymore. I think I will be fine with out them. If anyone had issues with this as well I found better service and prices dealing with SSF and WorldPac. Better returns and quicker service. Hope this helps someone else.

Totally in AWE! Just did a tracking on an item I ordered yesterday and its already on the Big island of Hawaii and chances are it will even be delivered before the day has ended. UNBELIEVABLE! In contrast, last month I ordered a part from a popular parts outlet I wont mention their name but the initials are R/A and heres what happened. The part was a bumper that weighed 11 lbs. and cost $38.00. Impossible to find anywhere in Hawaii I bit the bullet and paid a whopping price of $206.00 to have it shipped anyway. It arrived ONE MONTH TO THE DAY LATER! They shipped it USPS via canoe I believe! I asked the postal clerk if hypothetically I wished to return the item to the original place it was mailed from via USPS, so she weighed it, measured it and quoted me a price of $33.00!! WHAT??? I then contacted the parts place expecting maybe some kind of compensation, partial refund etc. and they insisted that the shipping cost was correct and that they DON"T make money by inflating shipping costs. It was a losing battle and I learned a valuable lesson. RM European Auto Parts... You are truly a breath of fresh air. Mahalo from Hawaii.. Unlike the other place, YOU GUYS ROCK!!

This place rocks! Fast shipping, quality parts and everyone there is really helpful. I had to get brakes for my most recent purchase (Im a repeat customer) for my Mercedes and I didnt know much about the difference on the brands that they carried. I gave them a call to find out which I should go with and they were very honest; they didnt try to give me any BS. Long story short; I got great parts at a really good price in comparison to the "Stealership", haha! I recommend giving them a call; Sean, Art and Lindsey are always a pleasure to deal with and always help me get the parts I need. Highly recommended site and if youre in the Denver area, like me, you can avoid paying shipping by picking it up at their office. That has saved me about 10 bucks here and there. THANKS AGAIN GUYS! Its always a pleasure when using RM.

Ive ordered from a few well-known European import sites over the years, but with experience have learned that it almost isnt worth my time to check prices elsewhere. RM European may not always have the lowest price on a specific item, but I find that the overall cost of my order will be lower. And their free shipping threshold is much lower than the other sites which is a bit plus if you dont have a large order or a high ticket item! If an item is listed as being available to ship on given day, that is the day it will ship so you always know when your items will arrive. Ive also never ordered part that didnt fit, which has happened to me elsewhere even thought the part was indicated for my car. Ive had nothing but exceptional service with RM European.

Employees seemed reasonable over the phone. However, my work vehicle broke down in the middle of a project. I over-nighted several parts. Called the next day to check-in, and they didnt ship or notify me (which they claim an email came through, it didnt). So I reorder, because I understand mistakes happen. This time I jump through hoops to get this thing ordered and shipped to a location not matching the card. On the phone the agreed deal was I was paying the original price, but I was charged Saturday delivery fees, which are much higher. Also the order did not come with a tracking number.... AND showed up on Monday. They knocked off 5 bucks off the shipping, which was much more than this. Even though the guys on the phone were nice, shop elsewhere.

Will get 5 stars when I do the work and find out they are correct. I ordered PN 31256014 which according to volvo is a two piece boot kit for $140 oem cost (inner and outer boots). The RM European has the same kit and the same price marked down to $11. Website states that it is for inner and outer. I ordered 2 of the kits, and only received 2 outers. It also says that Id need 2 per car (one for each side), which is also technically incorrect if they work for either inner or outer Id need 4 for the car. I called RMEuropean and asked about it and the discrepancies between the two and they told me the boots I received will fit either inner or outers. Im doing the work and will update whether they are right or wrong when I pull the axle.
