If you are looking to buy, this is an excellent place to do that. If you are going to sell your motorcycle through these guys though, be very careful. Its not a terrible deal, but they are not very upfront about things and will blatantly lie in order to make as much profit as they possibly can. I dont really want to get into the details of what happened, but here is the last email I sent them, which they never replied to. Just to be clear I was angry and unprofessional in my email because I was being lied to and received an email "for the record" after a phone call which stated things that we had not discussed on the phone at all. Here is the email: Look, Im not trying to be trouble and I am satisfied with you selling my bike. I was just asking about the max and how that played out. You called me and told me you are a business and you try to get $500 and that is completely fine. I am not fine, however, with you saying youd be paying for the fork seal. When we first met I didnt force you to take my bike. You took it because you thought you could make a profit. When it came out that it needed to be repaired (which I want to reiterate I had no idea before hand), we had a conversation and we adjusted the price and my minimum to what you saw fit. You gave it a price and a $500 range from that price to my minimum and that is what you took on. Once you found a buyer you made a decision to take $200 off to make it a better deal. This $200 is not money that you would be paying for. This $200 (or the $500 as a whole actually) is risk that you took on in the hopes to make a profit on my bike. Once you could sell it you figured you could make me lower my minimum once again so you could make more money and that is fine, but that business decision you made has the cost of me being unhappy and not being able to recommend you or use you in the future. I have no problems with the amount on my check or the service you provide, but you must think Im really stupid to tell me that youd be paying for the fork seal. To recap, you gave me a minimum and saw enough profit that you could make it work and we made a deal. When that profit wasnt as big as you thought you took more money for the only purpose of taking your maximum amount possible (instead of doing it to get to your minimum). This had nothing to do with the fork because we agreed on a new minimum because of it beforehand. I think you are an awesome place to buy a bike from, but I will not use you or recommend you to sell a bike. You did a good job with my bike but you werent transparent at all about this and youre trying to excuse it instead of just owning up to it. Once again, I dont want anything more than $4,200, that is what we agreed on, but dont bother calling me or lying to me again because hopefully youll know better now. Thank you for selling my bike and Ill look forward to my check in the mail.

It shocked me to see such positive reviews on here. I have purchased bikes from Fay Myers and Coyote in the past and had a great experience but wasnt always stoked about paying dealer fees, handling cost, etc.. But idk what these guys are smoking at Motorado.... I was hunting for supermotos and they had 4 on the lot... I showed up to check out a WR450 and was told by the clown working there to avoid it bc the engines wouldnt really hold up over time and required a ton of maintenance and pushed me towards the DRZs that were over $1,000 more, didnt look as good and had a lot of wear and tear... Well low and behold the WR sold and all that was left was the DRZs... I came back again and was told how I "missed a great opportunity to buy a great bike" hmmmm... Didnt seem like that the first time i came in... After watching the same 3 DRZs sit there all summer I figured Id call and see if they could work with me on the price since all 3 were out there for like 5 months. Ive never met anyone less motivated to sell a bike and less enthusiastic and courteous to a customer. Frankly he didnt even seem interested and only wanted to sell me something if i was willing to pay full price (Fay has knocked 1,000 of a bike for me in the past). Frankly, if Im going to come spend a few thousand dollars with you dont act like youre doing me a favor by getting up from your desk and speaking with another human being - at least act upbeat and not like some apathetic burn out. Would I buy a bike from here? Ill never say never - but be forewarned its going to be like going grocery shopping - dont expect good customer service, dont expect a good deal and be prepared to leave scratching your head asking yourself "is this guy for real?"

Who would buy a vehicle without test driving it. Am I suppose to take someones word, who I just met, on the condition of this motorcycle? There is not another automobile or motorcycle sales organization that will not allow the customer to test drive before purchasing. They say, "our insurence company will not allow it". I say, get a new insurance company if you want my business. The part about the people putting their bikes up for consignment and not want them ridden is total bull. People selling their bikes expect them to be test driven, just as they would expect to test drive one they expected to purchase. I would like to ammendment what I have written above. I met with the owner Ron who I now believe to be a most honorable man interested only in the best of customer service. I did not understand that his business model would not allow him to purchase insurance to allow customers to test drive vechiles. I have been in his establishment several times and always treated extremely well. I was just pissed off because I could not test drive a vechile. I was wrong about all of this and apologize to Ron and his family. He has an excellent business that he has built from scratch and is a credit to the Denver community. Ron please accept my apologies for my short sited view of things.

This is one of the best sales experiences Ive ever had. Ive bought a lot of bikes and cars in my history (I like anything with a motor), and this by far has been one of the best experiences from the instant I walked in the door, until I signed the papers. Ron and Hilary, the owners, are pretty much the only people there (they have one other employee who is just as awesome as them). They are true bike lovers, and enthusiasts and take care of you through the entire process. Theyre not pushy, theyre super hands off, and theyre very accommodating. They close at 6pm, but they staid there until like an hour afterwards so I could go get a friend who would be able to drive my car while I drove the bike. I can not say enough good things about this place. They have a great, and diverse selection of bikes (sport bikes, standards, cruisers, classics, even some trikes) and they know the products they have. If youre looking for a bike with a great experience, you have to check them out.
