BUYER BEWARE! Test riding at this dealership can cost you a lot of money! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING! YOU ARE NOT INSURED While Riding THERE BIKE! And signing the piece of paper (waiver of all your rights to insurance.!!! ) My 20 minute test ride at this dealership has cost me, my job, over 3K, and the B.S. just keeps rolling! This dealership sued me and made my life a living hell for over a year! Little did I know, I had just got my endorsement for Motorcycles, 11 DAYS! Before! This was last June 2012. Sales are built on TRUST! Do not trust this dealership, all they care about is your $$$. The cost of doing business is going to sucked out of you, If you damage the bike you rode!, accidents happen, they dont treat as an accident, they treated me like a criminal, and bullied me in theyre back office with 2 of their sales managers namely TOM and I dont remember the other one.. Sun Country Harley would never treat you like this! Sun Harley was 2K lower for the same bike! Learn from my mistake! DO NOT BUY or TEST RIDE from this DEALERSHIP!! Shop Around, you will see I’m right!

I dont know whats up with the guy bellow me but he must have had a bad experience due to his attitude. My boyfriend and i walked in yesterday to look at a used bike he had his eye on. Walked in the first gentleman we encountered led us to a sales man, he advised us to test drive it, really cool nice guy (Robert) as my boyfriend took his test drive i sat outside checking my emails robert came out looking for me to offer me something to drink being that it was so hot outside. Really didnt have a salty moment with any of the employees, everyone greeted me with a smile and a few stopped me to have a chit chat. Today we left with the bike, it felt like we were there for only but a few hours arranging the loan and paperwork with Ryan, also a very cool dude.. Being that we woke up to drive to federick from denver i hadnt eaten all day on the verge of passing out Ryan offered me some cookies. The little things were what made me love this place. Its a big huge happy family and i thank everyone for being so awsome! We will be back very soon

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER....... Took my glide in for starter problem...was very spacific as to what I wanted fixed!! I travel around the states for work and had to leave my bike for just over 3 weeks. Got it back with a burnt up back tire and 2000 extra miles. (The back tire had just been replaced.) It ran like hell going home (just paid over $700 for dyno and cumputer upgrades) got home to find out a plug wire wasn"t put back on correctly. Took off to Texas and 30 miles outside Dallas I was left stranded do to "starter problems". When I returned to the dealership it took over a week for someone to get back to me and another two for the owner to respond. I had to call him to be told TOO BAD! Are you kidding me? The attitude in service is the worst ever seen!! These guys dont care about anyone unless you are in their collective group. Who lets your service guys joy ride your bike? These guys are total loosers.....DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY! ...................aka RICK FROM OREGON

I found a bike I liked online. I have emailed that I was interested. no response. I have emailed that I would like test ride. no response. (both were their online forms) I went up to take a look at the bike I am interested in. NO ONE EVEN SAID HELLO!! Being in the service industry myself, I get it when you are busy. I also get that just saying hello and that someone would be over eventually would go a long way. I sat on 3 bikes (that usually gets their attention) and also went into the showroom twice. Not a peep. It seems as though they have so much money they do not need mine. I am a serious buyer and this will be my 3rd Harley. I also noticed a "sold" tag in the "glove box" on the bike I am interested in. If they are still posting bikes that are sold... shame on you!! That may be illegal in this country. So, after all of that, I left. There are several other dealerships in this state and I am sure ONE of them will be happy to help me. BIG mistake. HUGE!!

This dealership has customer service at the top of its priority list. I recently purchased a pre-owned Harley from this dealership and was not only given a fair deal but was treated with respect and care. Britt sold me the bike and was very nice and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. After I purchased the bike I needed to do some work to it and Britt referred me to Zoey in the service department who was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She took great care of me and my bike. I also purchased a few items from the parts department and they got me exactly what I needed and didnt try to sell me something I didnt. I have to drive past 2 other Harley dealerships to get to High Country Harley and will happily do so with the superior customer service I have received here!!!

They have helped me with every thing Ive ever needed good people. My Gramps took a bike out on a test ride and dropped it they only asked he replaced the damaged parts. One must understand the people are at work to make cash to feed themselves like any one else, the whole point of a dealer is to sell you stuff but they are very laid back and will work with you as best they can. Sun Harley is a dump and you get what you pay for, sun Harley screwed me out of $1140 over a 3 weeks to do a 6 day job at the longest high country is currently working with me to fix it for less than what sun did and in less than half the time. When I go in they all shake my hand and talk to me about every day stuff rather than what Im buying unless I asked about it. Good people who care about the job they do.

I have been servicing my motorcycles here for years and I must say that the parts/service employees are always very friendly and helpful. I find that its easy to be friendly and helpful when things are going perfectly and less easy when things arent going smoothly. I had an issue with a service last year (I wont get into the details here) and presented my issue to the service manager, Justin. Justin was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I was preparing myself for an un-fun time and instead HCH blew me away with how responsive they were. Ive been to a number of Harley dealers around the area and none have surpassed HCH. I would recommend HCH to anyone looking for a good service department for his/her Harley.

My boyfriend of almost five years stopped in here a few times. He informed the salesman that he made a promise to propose before he bought a motorcycle. The salesman were all about the money and the sale and instead of asking him to invite me in to discuss this purchase, they were sleazy salesman and convinced him to purchase one anyway. My boyfriend went back a couple of hours later because he realized he made a mistake but they refused to cancel the sale. My eight year old son and I are now staying at my mothers as this has torn our family apart. My boyfriend informed him of th situation but they did not care. This place is not family oriented and they are far from honest. I wonder how these salesman sleep at night.
