We got an eye opener here today 11/25/2016. Was buying some clothes for Xmas presents and some Ugg boots etc. Shoes at this one at least organized and boxed (unlike Park Meadows which is a disaster), though not as big as a selection as some other stores. Upon checkout, with $350+ of presents, We also asked if we could get the sale price that was going on, applied to an item we purchased 2 days ago. You would have thought the world had stopped, and management came out of the woodwork. Not only were we berated, but when I stated "just return the item, and I will repurchase it with all of these other items I am buying today." The Manager told us, "we wont do that, and if you return it, I am going to put it in the back, and it will be pulled back out next week, AFTER THE SALE". I have never, ever been treated like this in all of my years shopping. Not only was she rude, but overbearing and short to to it off. Long story short. After we got home, it left such a bad taste in our mouths, that we packed up EVERYTHING, including another $325.00 in items from 2 days before, and brought everything back!!! Returned almost $700.00 of items. If you want to treat your paying customers that way, and you obviously WANT to keep your items and not sell them, then go ahead. Let them collect dust on the shelves. Your policies need to change, and for a manager to basically tell you, "you return it, and I am going to make sure you cant buy it later, no matter what..." Well, lets just say you cant run a business like this and be successful. Spreading the word to everyone I know. Avoid.

I had very bad experience with a staff at 1505 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO. I went tonight to the store at 1505 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO to purchase a wallet for me at the men section. I started looking at wallets. The wallets were placed in drawer and I was taking the wallets out and putting them on the glass table on the top of the drawer to look at them. One female staff of your stopped by and was very rude about me taking out the wallet and putting them on the table. She told me she would look for me trough the wallets. She implicitly told me that I am not allowed to look trough the wallets because she has to put them back into the place. How should buy a wallet if I am not allowed to touch them. That is second time I had a bad experience in the store with the young lady with short blond curly hair. She is very rude to customers. Another time we asked the young lady a question and than she took a call from somebody else and let us wait I clocked it for 10 minutes. The overall experience in the store was poor because of her.

I shop at this location all the time and online. In this case, I received a gift that was an online purchase. I needed to exchange it, however is came from Haute Look (the purchase receipt showed Nordstroms Rack). The cashier wouldnt allow me to exchange it, even though I have done multiple exchanges in store when items come from Haute Look. She processed it as a return without giving me the option of putting the refund on a gift card so I can purchase the item that works. Therefore, the person who tried to buy me something nice was refunded to their card and I walked out empty handed with no gift. Awkward feeling when that person asked why I returned their gift

Great selection, I stick only to the clearance racks and can get an amazing amount of clothing for $50-$100. The Rack is not for people who dont have the patience for garage sales, swap meats or thrift markets. If you take the time to comb, however, you can find amazing deals on clothes. Accessories and shoes typically arent discounted quite as steeply but are still affordable depending on what youre looking for. Decently priced make up, intimates and (surprisingly) pillows!

While a person can find overpriced products here if thats what theyre looking for. the back of the store is a total cluster f***. its so disorganized. it took me exceedingly long to find the one item that I was looking for. a pair of shoes. Because nothing was where it belongs. BUT. The line in this store. Its disorganized too. Like 35 ppl waiting single file. For the two cashiers. Long line. Too few cashiers.

Lackluster would be the right word. In terms of being able to browse their store meaningfully or getting the proper assistance, the entire experience leaves much to be desired. Especially amusing is the pitch for their terrible credit cards every cashier is forced to give, and the idleness of the managers that direct the employees. Its very eye opening in deciding to not revisit this location or this company.

Discrimination!!!!!,Yesterday my wife was there to return some stuff and the line was extremely long,one cashier ask for returns,it was like 5 clients include my wife for returning ,but the cashier only take the other 4 clients and tell my wife to stay at the pay line ,my wife get up sad because the cashier was white ,the other 4 clients were white ,only my wife (mexican)what kind of service is that?

Staff is so rude. Carried the sunglasses around for half an hour trying to ask help from someone to find me a case for it. One girl told me go check in the silver bins while she just stands there without even helping. Looked in the silver bins, didnt find the case. Didnt want to ask the staff again because they seemed uninterested in helping, left without purchasing.

I stood in line about an hour before this store opened, and I have to say, it was so worth it. I LOVE this place! Park Meadows rack is the most dirty, disgusting place, so I was a little bit nervous to go to this one, but WOW. How clean, fresh, and nice. The staff was amazing and made my shopping experience fabulous! Thank you Nordstroms!!!!!!

This Nordstrom Rack is a vast improvement over the one in Park Meadows. They actually had clothes I wanted to buy and the shoe racks had both shoes in the box! The store looked cleaned up and neat despite the fact we went in at 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely be going here again and again and again. Kudos to the management!

What a big mess. Dont plan to run in and come out with a "deal. The sales clerks seem to behave like this Store is really "something. Some try to be friendly. No one knows where anything is because it is full of over priced sale items. I seriously doubt these are items from their stores.

Employees were generally courteous during our visit and they do have a very large selection of apparel and accessories. The store is too overpriced for my taste, although they do carry plenty of designer brands. I found a few gems there at a great price!

This store has the worst check out service. I dont think Ive ever been in this store without 10 people deep in line, not enough cashiers, and waiting at least 20-30 minutes in line. This includes off-peak times.

Great for bargains. Expect a busy parking lot and long check out wait time. Staff isnt eager to help but they are polite. The belmar location usually has more home/furniture options in stock.

the best Rack in Colorado. They have great selections and honestly, they are very organized. If you go to the one in Englwood, its a mess, shoes everywhere and you can never find anything
