Ive been to this store twice now and have had a bad experience each time. The first time I was greeted and added to the wait list. I was informed that there were two people ahead of me and the wait would be about 10 to 15 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting and not getting an update or being seen to I left. I was not told goodbye or anything when I left. The second time I came in I was told Id have to wait 10 minutes and was seen to within 10 minutes. The lady helping me informed me that I was not activated on the account and could not upgrade. She did not provide any more information. She did not mention that meant that I needed to be Actives on the Account as a Manager. Nor did she try to explain where I might find that on the website. Nor did she explain that this is Verizon policy and there isnt anything she can do and apologize when I was visibly irritated. Then as I was leaving I was stopped outside so another Sales Associate could inform me that HTC releases new phones around this time of the year and I could wait to upgrade. So you cant offer me assistance or detailed information but will make sure to let me know there might be a new $250 phone coming out and I could wait for it. As I waited for assistance the first time and walked around the store all I could hear was Sales Associates constantly trying to sell people more and more stuff. One Associate tried to convince his customer that he should pick the full $250 price phone over the free one and then tried to sell him a tablet for his kids when he asked for the free phone. I know that as a Sales Associate youre supposed to try and get people to spend money but there is a point in which you should stop. I wont be returning to this store.

Rude on the phone. Rude in the store. Promised credits not delivered on. No people skills found in any corner of that store. Employees are in the customer service field. Not the I see customers so I stare at them, then take a 10 minute smoke break, come back in and lie to them field. If I wanted to be lied to and lose my money I would have turned on CNN and played poker for 3 hours. I dont know what the managers (michael 1st & Matt 2nd) are actually managing other than arranging a scam. DO NOT bring your business to this store. They(employees/Verizon) do not rate 1 customers service. In fact if you want to blow alot of money you are better off going to a strip club at 2:00 in the afternoon and making it rain.

DO NOT USE VERIZON WIRELESS! I have been a customer for 7 months and their customer support is terrible. They have "accidentally" overbilled me 4 times, and I have spent time every other month fixing accounting errors on my account. Most recently when I made an account change, they erroneously sent a portion of my balance to collections when I made an account change, despite the fact that I am STILL a customer and pay my bill in full every month. Now my credit rating is wrecked and I cant finance a car. Hopefully I will straighten it out with these guys. Too bad I am locked in a 2 year contract.

This was the best experience my wife and I have ever had a a Verizon store! After experiencing serious customer service issues with another store in town we called Mike, the manager at the Broadmoor store, and he said he would take care of us without even meeting us. We went to the store later in the evening and everyone we encountered was excellent. Holly greeted us waemly at the door, Sean helped us set up my wifes new phone without a hitch, and Dustin provided helpful insight as well as great conversation. This will be our go-to store from now on. Great job, guys!

Store was clean and presentable. Associate blocked my path just inside the store. To check me in. I have never been through this process. Like I could not even step a foot in the door. Than I waited for about 20 minutes without even a hello. Or acknowledgement that I was even present in real life. Left once to check on the wife at chipolte. Came back 5 minutes later. Still no rep who said anything to me after almost being tackled the first time in. I guess they are just way to busy at this store. they do not need me to be a customer.

I could not believe how rude the service was here. I think his name was Brandon or it started with a B and he couldnt have tried harder to make me feel more stupid about my questions. Cocky, arrogant and no help at all. Clearly he felt that talking to a middle aged Mom about her phone issues was beneath him. Funny I wanted to pull out my credentials as a Phi Beta Kappa University graduate plus a Masters with High honors. I dont need some punk acting like Im a technology idiot especially when its his job to provide service.

If you would and could I would give them minus 5 stars for poorly behavior towards a costumer. First off all the store is totally unorganized. The greater on the door is rude and very disrespectful. The turn around time to help a costumer is horrible. There only 1 or 2 reps in the store which helping costumers. You can see when the back doors gets opened that there is more staff but not on the floor. I am taking my money elsewhere for service. A place where they actually deliver good service not just talking about it.

Dustin Forbis helped my husband and I switch from Sprint to Verizon. We had gotten ourselves into quite the mess trying to do it online. He spent 2 and half hours fixing about 20 different problems. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and patient in dealing with this whole thing. We couldnt possibly be happier with the service he provided today make sure you hold on to this employee!

I was hesitant to go to a physical Verizon store because of some negative past experiences but I couldnt do what I needed to do on their online store. I showed up around noon on a Monday, they were pretty busy but seemed organized and I only has to wait about 10 minutes. Samantha was terrific and I was able to upgrade two phones quickly and easily. Customer service was on point!

Richard Touchton at Verizon provided excellent customer service and worked through an issue I was having to ensure a successful solution. He was professional and friendly and took the time to work with me and make sure I was able to activate my new service. I will definitely go back to this store if I need more support or for future purchases. Thanks Richard!

Went in today with some questions and Sal, the manager was very nice, friendly, and helpful! I was very impressed after my bad experience at another store. It was busier than that one, too, which I figure is for the better customer service. I would definitely advise going to this store for the quality of service alone!

This place is horrible. The wait is so long no matter when you go they could careless about you and if you buy a new phone and try and return it within a day or so they charge $35 restocking fee that they dont tell you about because you dont see what you are actually signing on their new tablet things.
