(1) While investigating my brand new dining room chairs at the delivery bay, I discovered that all three (only three were available) were not level. I was initially told it was because they were on an uneven surface. When I asked to see them on a level surface, they still wobbled. I then watched on in astonishment as the guy took a mini sledge hammer to repeatedly beat the end of a chair leg. He must have caught my expression because he says to me: "Oh if this looks ridiculous, thats just how I level all of my chairs..." I reply simply, "Be that as it may, this chair is assembled by bolts..." I then refused anything go on my pickup truck and went back into store to get a refund. (2) They dont like to answer the phone. (3) Ill be charitable in saying there was a misunderstanding about delivery dates. (4) Even something as simple as coordinating the correct delivery bay didnt pan out. "Go to bay 1" they say, except there is a tractor trailer and a dumpster there... so I proceed to bay 2 - with the guy telling me to go back to bay 1, to wait 15-20 minutes just so I can walk up and witness the load of the truck myself, which obviously wasnt going anywhere soon. Especially when considering, it was seemingly being unloaded by the ONE employee they appeared to have doing that task. This place is in desperate need of an intervention... Thats all I can say. If it were some kind of a great deal on furniture maybe I could understand putting up with such terrible service, but its really not.

TERRIBLE! incompetence would be a compliment for how they handled the delivery! After close to 10k in orders to cover multiple stores (Sofa Mart, Oak Express, Bedroom Expressions, and Denver Mattress) the delivery was scheduled a week after the orders and we were ensured that everything was in stock and would be delivered together with NO ISSUES! 1st Delivery was missing mattress, coffee table, and TV center and they delivered USED kitchen table chairs. 2nd Delivery (same day) mattress were received. 3rd Delivery (5 days later) only the replacement chairs were brought. 4th Delivery (4 days later) only the coffee table was brought (also brought another end table instead of the TV center)..... 5th Delivery is scheduled in 3 days from now. Its understood that mistakes can happen, but this many? and then not even offer any kind of compensation for the NUMEROUS LATE DELIVERIES AND ERRORS! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT! As I write this it is the 29th, Orders were placed on the 13th/14th for 1 delivery on the 20th! MAYBE 2 WEEKS AND 4 ADDITIONAL DELIVERIES AFTER THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY IT WILL BE FINALLY CORRECT!

"Buy it today, enjoy it tonight"... or 9 weeks later. 1. Bad service. They said everything was in stock. Then they delivered half of our pieces. They said theyd call on Friday -- I guess they really never said WHICH Friday, so we called on Monday. "Oh, well check and call you on Friday" But they didnt. Finally we went back in and they back ordered the other half of the furniture. They still never called to set up delivery, we had to do that too. 2. The furniture is crap. Every piece has at least one crack or blemish. None of the drawers open or close smoothly and I have had to completely reassemble two of the pieces. The table is very scratched after two months of very gentle use. Just sitting at dinner and screws fall off of the chairs. It all looks nice but it is junk. Were not going back.

I have bought furniture from this store twice. They do a decent job but not great. The sales people are somewhat blaze about whether the customer is happy or not. the big issue with this place is shipping! in both of my purchases, items showed up damage and had to be reordered. the second visit they canceled or rescheduled my delivery date 3 times. And Im talking like the day before they were supposed to deliver. Also they do not call back or keep you informed on status of your delivery. The selection at the store is somewhat limited. I do not think I will use them again and I will not recommend them to friends. Perhaps American Furniture instead.

horrible go anywere else. 2nd time buying and both times delivery never showed. wsit all day for nothing, and this time had enough. call and always get told its the delivery peoples fault. last time got refund check for them lieing about dilivery time and date. this time just asked for my money back. was told have to wait a week for refund check but ill wait a week to never have to put another dollar into this company again. they set date and time and make sure they have product in stock and how is it always a problem. not to mention i sold n moved other bed for todays delivery so now my son has to sleep on couch til i get another bed thanks again!

The quality of the furniture here beats the hell outta places like AFW. The staff are very friendly and the selections to choose from are great. I give 3 starts instead of 4 because they advertise "sales" that are not really sales. Its annoying really. Especially when the employees try so very hard to make you think youre getting some amazing value. Cmon.......... If the sale price for a dinette set is $1200 but the price to buy individual pieces to make the same set is $1180 thats hardly a sale. Its more of an insult. More along the lines of a very bad joke. Why even have a sale? Why call it a sale? Thats more like a roll back from Walmart.

I bought a sofa from Sofa Mart, the main reason I bought it was because you guys offered free leather conditioner with the purchase, it has been close to a year and every time I go to your store to get conditioner for my Sofa, you guys never have conditioner, the sales person always say that they are out of conditioner, or that it is in back order, please for more than a year? This is bad business, you guys are offering customers free products for leather care, just to make a sell, I remind you you are not the only furniture store in Colorado, this is the reason local companies go out of business. I needed to buy a new living room set. The sales staff at Sofa Mart was wonderful!! They gave me room to browse then assisted me with all my questions. They were knowledgeable about their products. I was looking for something that would last and hold up to my cats claws, and they helped me find just the right thing! After it was delivered I found one minor with my coffee table and they took care of the replacement easy!!! I have friends who have had issues with American, and you have to call a call center to get anything handled. I am recommending Sofa Mart to anyone who needs great quality furniture!

Took over a month for delivery & we called to cancel the order then called progressive leasing to make sure it was cancelled along with the order. Progressive leasing called & told us that furniture row didnt cancel our order as we requested. They had made up their mind that we are getting our order even though we cancelled. Had problems with no, delivery even though they had missed every delivery date they arranged. Also we bought a loveseat, but thread is coming undone on both sides & barely leaned on the armrest & my elbow went through.
