BLUF: felt discriminated, against; Jerry Sparks didnt even let me test drive a 31k mi, $41k car; was in the market for a $80k Mercedes (didnt explicitly say that) after a totaled car. Felt belittled. Came in after my BMW e60 M5 got totaled from the recent hail storm in August 2016. I came in on a whim and was greeted by Jerry Sparks. Now, I was in the market for a new, 2016 $80k Mercedes C63 AMG and so, I wanted to look at their CTS-Vs (partially since my friend recommended I look at them). Jerry informed me that they didnt have any new ones available, but that that they may have a used one. After getting the keys to a 2012 sedan with 31k mi on it, he showed me the interior and let me turn on the vehicle. Needless to say, my first impression was a poor one already. There were plenty of scratches on the trim, the interior looked tired and un-maintained, and my friend who came with me stated that it smelled like someone smoked inside the car. I asked Jerry a few questions about the car, like the options and if it had any track upgrades (I.e. diff cooler like the MB offers for their cars). He didnt know anything and proceeded to tell me that Ferrari bought the tech for blah blah blah and this and that. Typical salesman BS. Anyways, why I gave 1 star to Nolan Red (which, I will tell all of my Soldiers and peer in the Army NOT TO GO TO) is that I felt discriminated against. I asked to test drive the car (typical of any used car, not limited edition) and Jerry, with a laugh, said that they dont do test drives with that car. A car with 31k miles. And horribly maintained interior. Priced well below my budget. Needless to say, I thanked him for his time and left. He didnt even give me his number or anything of the like. In the end, well, I got a 2012 C63 AMG Black Series. A car, which Mercedes imported only about 90 of (2012 and 2013 year models) to the US. WELL ABOVE $41K OF THAT CRAPPY CTS-V. Thank you Nolan Red for steering a Euro car guy well away from American performance cars for a long time.

I purchased a car at Red Noland a year ago and have consistently been treated with less than quality customer service. I was told I was to get free full synthetic oil changes - did not happen, I was told I had to have theft protection on my car purchase - I unwound that with a lot of difficulty, I had to purchase floor mats for a Cadillac!, I was told that an updated nav system was put into the car - did not happen the first time. I could go on and on. This time, with warranty service, I received an poorly installed clear bra and my headliner was defective. Getting those situations fixed has been an on-going struggle. In short, Cadillacs are great cars but expensive. I do not think that expecting quality customer service after the sale is unreasonable. I have purchased 9 Cadillacs and have never had trouble with a dealer like I have with Red Noland.

Red Nolands place made me feel at home. I am from out of town and new to the area, so naturally I was weary of most car dealerships....growing up my family and I have always gone to the same one. After visiting a local Nissan Dealership and several others, it was obvious that they were trying to take advantage, showing me vehicles that were not necessary for me. However, I walked into Reds and Tammy greeted me. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me a vehicle (one i ended up buying). she also told me about others. THe inital one was the best bang for the buck. She clearly was looking for my best interest as opposed to selling me something at me ceiling price. GREAT PEOPLE!!!

Since buying my vehicle from Red Noland Cadillac the team has given me amazing service. It started with Simon, the sales gal that got me into my vehicle. She keeps in touch with me throughout the months to ensure I am still enjoying my vehicle and that I am having zero problems. When taking my car in for service (oil change) they are quick and very kind. The staff immediately offers/guides me to their waiting lounge, which is comfortable. From here on forward, I am sure this will be the company from where I will buy all of my future cars.

30 year mechanic 20 in colorado springs. please please please do something about the on hold recording. i beg not to be put on hold, because all i want to do is slash my wrists every time i hear old red say "hol on man we be rite wit ya". its time for old reds recording to go in the trash. come on its 2011 and this place has had the same drab recording the whole 20 years ive been here. ill bet all the people who recorded this are dead anyway. come on red noland fix this please
