Worst Dealership ever! Poor customer service....Drive to Denver! Bought a 2017 Audi Q5.....4 days off the lot and less than 400 miles the engine light goes on. They tell me it is probably something like the gas cap on incorrectly but they will check it out . I get a call from service adviser saying the car has major mechanical issues and needs the camshaft replace and the car would be a couple weeks in the repair shop. After looking it up the engine has to be taken apart to fix the part. I told them I would not take the car back that now has a rebuilt engine. I spoke to the sales associate and he said the sales manager would call me back. After 5 days the sales manager calls and tells me he ordered the parts and it would be several days to fix and it would be as good as new. I again had to reiterate my stand on a rebuilt engine at 400 miles..... He was rude and disrespectful to me as a customer with a major issue of a bran new car I told him to give me my trade in back and call the deal off...... He said he couldnt do that because my car was already sold. He said he would try to get me into another Q5 with out of pocket money for me! Really????The sales associate called me and asked me to come in and look at other cars.....no one ever apologized for this happening or told me they would make it right. They did tell me this has never happened before and the chances were one in a million that it happened. I go in and meet with them and they want me to go look at cars never once did they tell me what they were going to do to make the situation right. They tell me then they will put me in another Q5 and just swap the paperwork out. Awesome, I was feeling better about them. I have my second new car in 2 weeks and Im liking it until the engine light goes on at 157 miles... 6 days after getting this one. I call the finance manager as he had asked me to only deal with him and he said it was impossible for the same thing to be wrong with it and I bring it in. They call and tell me its the camshaft and that it is a known issue with a vet small portion of Q5 and I just happen to get 2 of them but they were or ding the parts to fix it. I told him no I did not want another Q5 and that I wanted to know my options. Drew said he was getting the owner and the general manager involved and the GM would call me in a couple of hours....... Im still waiting!!! What poor customer service!! Very frustrated at the change in stories and lack of making a bad deal right since they sold me a faulty product. You took my trade...sold it.... Cashed my check...... Gave me a product that didnt last 500 miles..... So it cost me $100 per mile to own your product and you dont have the decency to have someone call me or make it right. I called an attorney and I will see you in arbitration !!

EDIT: I previously rated Phil Long Audi as a one star due to the issues I had with a used car I purchased from them. It was a major headache. After the owner posted that I should reach out to him, I went ahead and contacted him. Although we setup a meeting and he did not make it due to a family issue, I was able to meet with the ebusiness team. I initially was frustrated with the offer made to me on the car I purchased from them. However, after some time we were able to come to an agreeable number. Scott Dick and the ebusiness team treated me very well and kept in communication throughout the trading/buying process. I appreciate the concern they took in trying to find me a vehicle and create a more positive interaction this time around. I was a bit bitter due to the prior car buying experience with them, but I feel that they made amends. I would recommend working with Scott Dick and the ebusiness team if looking at making a purchase at Phil Long Audi. I have had nothing but a major headache with the used car I bought from Phil Long Audi. I feel that I was deceived into buying a car that was not mechanically sound, and I do not feel that issues have been resolved that were part of the agreement. I usually purchase a car every two years, and this has been a pretty negative experience. In addition to not having the issues taken care of, I believe that I was misled. I just recently received paperwork back from them that included information I was not made aware of the first time the inspection was completed. The new paperwork from the service department stated that I was informed prior of a gasket issue. Interestingly enough, the first time I picked up the vehicle I was told that nothing else was found and that there was nothing else to do. I contacted the GM, and had the vehicle back in , and then they all of a sudden found a gasket leak. They would not replace that, but they did flush it out and added a sealant. That lasted two days before the engine light was back on. Finally, I drove the 30 minutes down to the dealership from my place of employment two different times, with meetings that were set-up only to have the used car sales manager not be available one of the times, even though he is the one that told me to come in , and the GM the other. Very disappointing experience to say the least. The only positives is that the hail damage was fixed and the seat bolster. I believe both were outsourced, but they did a nice job. I am disappointed that the owner hasnt contacted me to try to make this right by fixing or allowing me to get a different vehicle.

Worst service ever and a complete rip off. I bought my car from value car which is owned by phil long. Within 3 months it started stalling out in the mornings when its cold as well as a check engine light coming on. I brought it into phil long audi to get it looked at. Just asked what was wrong and for anyone who knows VWs(I bought a 2008 GTI) or Audis its as simple as plugging it into a computer and seeing what code comes up. This is maybe a two minute process. I got a call back saying my purge valve was bad and I may need a new one. In the meantime they said we cleared out the check engine light and if it comes on again then bring it in and we will fix it. So just to be clear they didnt fix the problem and told me just the part is 140 dollars and it can be found much cheaper online. Also labor would be about an hour which is way longer than it takes to replace. Then I was told my oil was filthy and needed to be changed. I clarified my oil was changed literally two weeks ago and the mechanics response was simply "oh." Then I was told my air filter was filthy and that I also replaced myself about two weeks ago. Again the response I got was the same. So to be clear I was told I needed an oil change and air filter replacement which I definitely would of been charged way too much for when I didnt need those things at all. Also they didnt even fix the purge valve they cleared the light and said if it comes back on bring it in. So all they did was try to rip me off and plug in my car and clear a light. I got their and was charged $125 for nothing. My car still stalls and my check engine light came back on within the hour. I said what am I being charged this money for and the mechanics response was simply, "well you didnt know what was wrong with it before you brought it in." This place has me flawed. The only reason they stay open is because people who dont know much about fixing cars just agree with everything they say.
