I NEVER write reviews, but honestly, this has got to be one of the worst business locations I have ever worked with. Im not saying that just to be dramatic. Over the past five years, my department has spent (literally) thousands of dollars on printed display boards, foam mounting and lamination that this FedEx Office has produced for us. Over this time, I have come to realize that the manager, Chris, is a complete and utter jerk. He has consistently demonstrated zero appreciation for the business were giving him, as well as zero patience and zero tact in dealing with me as a customer. His demeanor is always arrogant, scrutinizing and condescending- he is more than willing to explain every nuance that I need to understand and employ in order to make his job easier. He eagerly goes out of his way to ensure I know just how difficult I have made his work by not performing all the details up to his ridiculous textbook standards. When I walk in, theres no smile, no greeting, no acknowledgement- just a blank, open-mouthed expression that suggests, "Oh you again." On other occasions, he prefers to simply complain about my coworkers to my face. Very classy. FedEx, I hope you know you have lost our business by keeping this guy on board with your company; were happy to go elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and hire someone who exhibits some discretion, consideration and common courtesy.

Came in to drop off a phone to be shipped. The box had a lithium battery warning on the outside. I handed it to the store manager, Chris who looked at it and shook his head and consulted with another employee. He told me that they could not ship the package because of the battery and that I had to go to the shipping center because they had a "hazardous materials specialist." Lucky for me the shipping center wasnt far. I took it to them and they told me that it didnt need the label since it was ground and that the label on the box that Chris said wasnt sufficient was exactly what they would have to put on the box themselves. No reason to go to the FedEx office when the shipping center is so close and Staples is right next door for any office needs.

Came in a with a VERY last minute, large order and the team working was extremely helpful and accommodating! They had just moved to this new location and didnt quite have everything set up and running but did everything they could to fulfill my order. The staff was extremely friendly both in person and on the phone when I called to see if they could help me. They were honest about being only partially set up and let me know what they were capable of right up front. The girl working with me spent time going over all my options and helping me decide the best approach without belittling me over my lack of printing/shipping knowledge. Would highly recommend!

Tommy is very rude! I tried to connect to his ATT internet and it would not connect. I asked for help and all he said was "Our internet is Really slow" Slow is OK if I can connect. He offered absolutely no help. I explained "I have the files on my laptop". "Is there any other way for me to get them to you" He said if I had a flash drive I could copy them. I didnt have a flash drive with me and he offered no loaner. Poor customer service. Last time I will ever use FEDEX for anything.

I use both FedEx and UPS for business and personal shipping, and I have to say I prefer this FedEx location the most. It has never been busy so I get helped immediately, and the employees have always been very friendly. It has a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere as well. No matter what Ive visited there for, Ive always been taken care of quickly and had my business completed in less than five minutes, every time. Would recommend this location very highly for anyone.

I went in today march 29th and all i had to do was print some things out. I wasnt sure how the process worked so I went up to the counter to ask how I could get some pages printed. The older gentlemen, short spiky hair was SO rude and made me feel so stupid. I left right after he spoke to me. I wont be back and its sad its due an employee treating me poorly. Very disappointed.

WORST FedEx/kinkos in COS. Empty store @6pm with no line and was told by the manager I would have to wait until the next day to have my brochures folded....BS! I was told by the Academy store it only takes a few minutes so I went to the location on Academy and was treated with amazing service even when they were busy!

Sam was cool. Im non techy by choice, cuz it boils my blood. He helped out with some copies, had a good chat, was friendly with everyone else and solved a ladys prob with a swiftness unseen by most. Give him a raise or 150k/year to run a few stores. Yall need a guy like this in upper mgmt.

I was in a panic, needing some important Certificates done for an event that night; the specialist there put me right at ease. He printed them on the spot (you can also submit your print job online), and I was astonished at how reasonable the charge was. Thank you!

More expensive to ship than the Fed ex store .5 miles north of this store. The staff here also isnt the most friendly either. Between Fed Ex and Walgreens I have no reason to return to this store. They are just middle men and I prefer the source.
