Absolute horrible experience. First off, I walk in and not a single person greets me. I wonder around the store a few minutes looking for a fuel treatment for my car. Finally someone comes up and asks if they can help me. It wasnt even one of the sales guys, it was a delivery driver that was walking around. All this time in the store I can hear an old man screaming in back about how no one can do anything right. It was an all around terrible experience.

These guys are amazing! My son and I were fixing his brakes and the pads we bought ended up having a manufacturing defect. We brought them back and they didnt have any more in stock, so they had their driver turn around and go back to their Denver store to get new ones so that my son could get his car fixed and get to work on time. The pads they gave us were higher quality and they also gave us both a couple of calendars and a hat for our trouble :-)

Wonderful...My headlight was out on my Toyota, and Randy came outside to determine if it was low beam or high beam. Both were out. He then asked if I needed help installing them, and I was thrilled. Within 15 minutes I had two new bulbs and was on my way. Every time I have been to this store, it has been a positive experience. Thank you.

Customer service is horrible. Found ridicule and dissmisal instead of attempt at retaining a customerm They rather have your money and not your business. Go to AutoZone they at least have tools you can use before buying a product even though they are not a "garage". Definitely calling corporate or whoever I have to in the morning

There were a lot of people working for such a slow rainy day.The guy at the counter was helpful. We needed a wiper blade and he helped us get the correct part. Without asking, he helped us get our blade unstuck and even put the new one on in the rain. Thank you

Terrible experience, I called in and every time I get this lady that works there she is very rude. Cant believe they let her work there with such a poor attitude. The other guys that work there seem very helpful. Phone etiquette is so important.

Overpriced and out of the way. But, they often have parts when I need them. NAPA is what they are - high quality parts with knowledgable people but high prices.
