My husband and I went to this store to return a car seat and base that had been purchased by my Mom online, which we didnt need because we had received the travel system from someone else. We had the gift receipt with us. They gave us a store credit for the car seat ($89), but gave us $0 for the base. We didnt think this was right so we called my Mom and asked her what she had paid. This might be tacky in some cases, but we have the kind of relationship with her where we didnt feel uncomfortable asking, and she wasnt uncomfortable telling. She had paid $32 for the base, and $89 for the car seat. We were still in the store so we went back to the customer service desk and told them what she had told us, and they said, no, they could only give us what the gift receipt said, which was $0. We voided the return and took our car seat and base back. We immediately took the car seat and base to the Babies R Us in Highlands Ranch. On the way there my Mom emailed us the receipt she had received with the amounts she paid on it. (She wanted us to get the full price of the return, obviously, she doesnt want to see $32 go down the drain.) When we got to the store, we followed the same routine as the previous store, giving them the items and the gift receipt. At this store we were credited the full amount she paid for BOTH the carseat ($89) and base ($32), using the SAME gift receipt we had given to the Aurora store, without mention of our knowledge of the actual amounts paid. I was shocked at the blatant dishonesty of the Aurora store. Why does one store credit us one amount and the other store credits us a different amount, using the same receipt? I will never shop at this Aurora location. On the other hand, the customer service at the Highlands Ranch store is excellent, Ive always had good experiences there, besides this one.

This place has horrible customer service. There credit card machine wasnt working, and they blamed it on me. Then my bank called me for fraudulent activity from toys r us (because their machine was broken). They argued with me over and over. Terrible experience! Update: I tried to run 2 different cards from 2 different banks. Both chase and us bank contacted me telling me that there was fraudulent activity from toys r us. I called them to let them know this, and again, they argued with me! No apology, nothing. Their broken machine is obviously flagging banks that something is not right. But I guess they dont care... Bad business guys!

I wont go as far as to say "do not shop here"- for Gods sake its Toys R us! However, i will say check your merchandise before you buy it! I bought 4 items on Saturday, 3/4 items were visably scratched and/or broken! I noticed one of the boxes had been (poorly) re-taped and the one broken item was full price. its not the first time, so i guess its my fault for not making sure everything was new before i bought it. To their credit, the one on the floor guy was very helpful and the girl at checkout was very nice.

Apparently the employees there make little to no money, because they are completely incompetent and know nothing about what they have in stock or where anything in the store is located. The worse thing you can do is ask someone where a particular item is located, because it is a complete waste of time. You would think that as high priced as everything is in the store, they could pass some of the large profit margin on to the employees so they could hire more knowledgeable people who care about their job.

Horrible customer service. I asked an employee if he could help me find an item, he said he was busy doing online orders. I went to the front desk and askeda cashier, she told me if its not on the floor then they dont have it. I then told her that their website says it is in stock. She said the website is not accurate. I asked her if she can just check on the computer and what do you know, she found it. Do your job people.

This store was one of the only stores in the metro area with the baby travel system we registered for. Babys R Us in highlands ranch requested a hold for when we arrived to pick it up they wouldnt accept the phone order from my grandma in NV. They said corporate policy was to not do phone orders.

Disorganized, and a mess. It is very hard to navigate with children. The check out line stretched to 10 customers long, before they opened another lane. Little knowledge of the job by employees, took over 10 minutes for the checker to fix a 30% off sale price that scanned at full.

I went in to buy an MP3 for my granddaughters birthday. Brina and Chip were Awesome in helping me understand the player. I can say without a doubt these two employees gave the best customer service I have Ever experienced. Great job Brina and Chip.

I went here yesterday to buy some toys and stood in the queue forever. The chinese lady at the customer service was extremely rude and total unpleasant experience for the cost. Poor customer service, Poor Management

The crazy beard guy removed my cart with items while i am still purchasing and checking some products. When i asked where is my cart he pretended with a sarcastic smile. People are rude here and not productive.
