I visited Dr Jennifer Redmond in early June for an issue which without even touching my eyes she decided I developed an allergy to an unknown source. She provided me with a steroid cream which didnt do anything for my issue. She had a follow up appointment with me where she switched up the meds which again did nothing. I had another follow appointment which I Dr Redmond was not available for so I met with the Male doctor in the office - awaiting the bill with his name to add. He determined he felt it was not an allergy at all and that I actually had clogged ducts in my eyes and switched up the meds again. A month and a half later I am still having issues and I am being billed for full office visits and all the meds I keep having to buy for their guessing. I tried to call the office to review as I was under the impression follow up appointments set up for a 10 minute appointment slot would not be billed at FULL COST!! I guess they have fun guessing which I get STUCK WITH THE BILL and on the call I received the response well it is still docs time....and sorry.

Dr. Redmond is fantastic. She really cares about her patients, and they perform a comprehensive eye exam. However, I will think twice about purchasing glasses from them again. After 40 days I finally had to call and see where my lenses were. Lots of statements were made that were not true, and outright lies. A manager did call back and indicated they will get them for me the next day. However, I have concern about a rush job and poor quality none of which was my fault. As others have posted prices are very expensive, two sets of replacement lenses were $640.00. For that kind of money you expect remarkable service and the highest quality...not over a month of no communication and a rush job that could result in low quality lenses

I have had many problems with contacts in the past, the doctors kept increasing my power and my vision never cleared up. Dr. Redmond recognized why my eyes werent working the first time I met with her, she ordered specialized contacts that addressed the concern and my vision has been clear ever since. Over the years my prescription is actually starting to improve, as my eyes are not straining daily, and daily headaches are no longer a challenge. She also sees my son and daughter, who both have visual disorders, and has been able to diagnose and treat their vision challenges. The office itself always answers the phone and returns phone calls, and is professional and properly bills my insurance. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Thoroughly disappointed with their customer service. Called two days ago, during business hours (2:00 approximately) and went straight to voice mail. The voice mail stated that if I wanted an exam to let them know and I would receive a call back to schedule. As of this morning, still havent heard from them. Truly unfortunate for them, due to the fact that I typically spend close to $400 for my frames/lenses and they are literally 1/2 mile from my home. I have scheduled with another office that is further away, yet they were able to answer their phone, schedule me immediately and actually WANT my business!

Great with kids! I am an Optometrist myself but do not regularly do childrens eye exams at my office. When my 7 year old daughter had difficulty on her school vision screening I felt she needed a thorough exam with an office that specializes in childrens vision. Dr. Doyle did an amazing job keeping her engaged and excited throughout the entire exam and was able to get an accurate exam that I could not have done myself. I have referred many of my patients and friends to their office and will continue to do so!

Dr. Doyle and Dr. Schneebeck are great. Eye exams are comprehensive, they deal with vision problems and eye injuries quickly. They will work with you long after your appointment to "tweek" your prescription and make sure you are seeing great. Kate in the contact office is amazing! Taught our 9 year old how to put in, take out, and care for vision therapy hard contact lenses in about 4 minutes! The staff will always meet youth you adjust your glasses...even if youve done something stupid to them!

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Jeri for 20 years. Best practice around, best care around. Vision therapy made a huge difference when my daughter was young. Dr. Jeri tested kids at Arrowhead school when Heather was in second grade. Shes 25, a college graduate and applying for a Masters program. My eyes have been her nemesis but she continues to fight the battle and I see better now at 57 than I have my whole life. The staff is so friendly and personable. Dont go anywhere else!

Excellent all around experience. Apointment was made easily over the phone with Dr. Doyle. Arrived a few minutes late and was still met with a welcoming front office staff. Dr. Doyle took the time to explain what wsa found during the eye exam to an excellent level of detail. He also provided information on eye therapy but was very objective and at the end agreed with my decision to not start eye therapy. I have already recommended Dr. Doyle and will continue to do so.

Professional and helpful staff, thorough exams, highly recommend to others! Due to time constraints, the staff were very helpful in getting me in right away, and helping fill my prescription before my insurance ran out due to changing jobs. They provided excellent customer service and seemed to provide thorough eye exams, which has not always been my experience. Im a picky consumer, and I feel confident enough to recommend them to others.

The staff is very friendly and Dr. Schneebeck is outstanding! I feel like I always get as much time as I would like and they answer any and all questions in a way that makes sense to the layman. PLUS - they really keep up with all of the new technology. I did not have to have my eyes dilated because they now have a new machine that takes a picture of your eye.

Dillon helped me pick out some really cute glasses frames, and he was really helpful throughout the whole process of getting me everything I needed. The glasses and lenses themselves are really pricey, but with my insurance, I got my Raybans prescription glasses for $62. I love them and everyone is so nice here! Definitely recommend.

I admire her ability to own her own successful business and take care of her patients as well as any Ive seen in my considerable years. I would recommend Highline Vision Center to any and everyone.

I loved Highline Vision. The doctors were very competent. The staff was funny and fun and helpful. The whole experience was painless and thorough and I can see better than ever. I would and will return to Highline Vision. Everyone from the receptionist to the person who helps with frames was polite and fun.

What a wonderful friendly place to do business, they care about you and never try to up sell anything. I have been seeing Dr. Redmond for 10 years and she is just great! She cares about the patients and most importantly your eye health. She is wonderful...I would never go to any other eye doctor.
