We went in September to purchase a dining room table and we were aware that it would be until late December that we would receive due to back order. After waiting for 3 months we finally get a call that its in! They tell us they can deliver Friday, December 30th then call us back saying they cant deliver that day because theyre closed and can now do Thursday, the 29th. Come delivery day and the come to find out they have the wrong product! The dining room table and chairs are a light color and the bench and China are dark!! So after waiting 3 months plus taking 2 unnecessary days off work they get our order wrong! We call the store to speak with the assistant manager and all she can do is apologize. No attempt to put a rush on our order or anything just an apology. It wasnt until I asked for a refund that she decided to honor. Went to speak to the store manager the following morning and he wasnt available so the assistant manager helped. The customer service showed no empathy , no willingness to make the situation right . Just an apology and that they would have someone give us a call. At the end of the day the store staff seemed careless! I will never go back to purchase any product from this chain let alone will not recommend to anyone and will continue to let everyone know of the bad experience that we had.

I have purchased multiple items from this location including 2 sofas, a wine server and other random pieces of furniture. The staff is always nice and the delivery team is on time. One of the couches we purchased is a top grain leather sofa and being one of the more expensive options, we purchased the warranty coverage. Although the warranty servicing company (Great White Bottling) is a joke, Sofa Mart stepped up and repaired the broken frame. the delivery team picked it up thursday (3/9) and re-delivered 3/11! Looks great and happy it was repaired at no charge. We will purchase here again .....just not the additional warranty. Thank you!

HORRIBLE customer service! I was ready to buy furniture for four rooms. I couldnt get anyone to help me despite the fact that they were sitting around talking. When I was able to get somebody acknowledge me he acted like I was just a pain in his neck. I will not ever again attempt to patronize furniture row. HORRIBLE!

We got our mattress, bed frame, and reclining sectional during their memorial day sales and saved a ton of money. They were very helpful in making sure we got what we wanted and got the financing we needed to make it all happen. We will definitely be back!

Chris was awesome, helped us pick out the perfect couch and love seat for our new townhome, without making us feel pressured, he stayed late to do financing paperwork and set up delivery time. Delivery guys were quick, nice, and easy on the eyes ;)
