POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I decided i would stop by on way home to this battery plus in Aurora. So before stopping and as i was leaving work i thought i would call and get info. BIG MISTAKE... (Called 6:00pm 12-02-11) First: Asked "What where your hours and was this the store on Abilene and in aurora". Person said yes. Second: "Can you test drill batteries and do you rebuild drill batteries". His response: UUUUUUMMMMMM HOLD PLEASE. so by this time im on highway passing the exit i decide to wait anyways on phone. 20 MIN later and arriving home i decide to hang up and while looking down at timer on phone 20 min and still on hold. So decide to hang up and just call again. NO answer. so waited and called again NO answer. this was at 6pm and they dont close until 8. maybe he just forgot but answering phone like your half a sleep and stoned doesnt seem professional. Maybe boss should teach him when you answer the phone you use a Loud, Clear Voice and not like your being bothered. will not be recommending this to coworker

sales associate seemed stoned coming back from break. I told him we had an online order to pick up he got upset. I was the only one in the store at the time and as he took his sweet time looking for the order more people came in. he helped a few then continued to look for the order. When he found the order he handed it to me . I told him the battery did not look correct looked to small he said "well its what you ordered not my problem" I said can we look it up to confirm he said "we have no way of looking up to see if its right Next in line" Really how the F&^% do you know what battery goes to what then??? Lazy a$$ stoned teenager not wanting to help is all that was. I have gone in there several times in the past and they were able to look it up on other things. WELL NO MORE I will go ONLINE and order for now on or go to HENSLEY Batteries where they are more polite Batteries Plus you lost a customer for life!!!!!

I bought a battery here about a year ago for my car and it ended up going bad this past weekend. Ive always considered warranties on car parts to be kind of a scam since there are always so many caveats causing my situation to be a "special case" where I fall outside of the warranty. This morning I expected to experience a similar situation when I jump started my car and drove it into Batteries Plus. Instead I was immediately greeted by the salesperson (I think his name was Shannon) who spent the better part of his morning in <30 degree weather changing out the battery on my Prius (Prius batteries are ridiculous to change). Not only did he do a great job but he was also answering calls from customers the entire time he was out there. When he finished and came inside he told me of course it was covered and thanked me for coming in. I definitely plan on making the extra drive to come here specifically.

I should have read the reviews, this place is expensive and shotty. I bought a battiery for a HTC EVO and to be plesant I let them sell me a car charger for the phone for an extra 5 bucks, what the hey, I like small business. So the trip for a new battery ended up costing 65 bucks, but my wife is in The service and she needs her phone. The brand of the battery is rayvac, and within three weeks the battery was dead. The charger never worked. So I called them up, and of course the guy who answer the phones first responce is to blame me, wow, are you guys that broke you wont work with a costomer? Is my 65 bucks going to shut you down. Of course with school, a new baby and everything else in life I dont have time to fight this, but I should have read the reviews. This place is a joke.

Awful! 3 trips in and I still dont have a fixed phone. I made an appointment to fix part of my phone then turns out they dont have the part, but didnt bother to call and tell me even though it shows up in the que and they know they dont have the part. They say the part will be in today or tomorrow. I leave my phone to not have to come back when they have the part. I come back the next day on my lunch break to hear "I didnt have time to do yours yet." Honest, sure but not the most service orientated. I come back the next day and it still has not been done. At least this time I am promised by a "manger" this time that it will be fixed. Thanks 2 and a half days for a 1 hour repair great job!

Easy online ordering for in store pickup got extra10% discount. Shortly after ordering, got phone call advising item I wanted was special order and would take a week to get (which was OK with me). Then got email stating order was ready. Another phone call to clarify, was told the email was "automatic", and could not be changed. Order came in exactly on time. Due to erroneous email, deducting one star.

I needed to get my iPhone 6s Plus screen replaced. The two gentlemen that assisted me last night certainly knew there information and were quick to get me in and out of the store. My phone works like it just came out of the box. I was also able to pickup a new small powerful flashlight for working at the airport. Id recommend them to any friends or family. Oh and they generally beat any prices.

I called these guys up to get a new battery for my 2004 Ninja 500R and they had what I was looking for in stock. Robert was the guy who helped me on the phone and had the battery ready for me when I got there. Plus I got such a great deal! Going to have my bike up and running again, and these guys were awesome. Will refer friends here.

Googled the battery I needed for my 06 Yamaha Roadliner, then checked to see if Batteries Plus Bulbs had it. They did and I purchased it online and indicated I would pick it up the next day. Walked in with my old coremail, picked up the new battery and a trickle charger and was out of the store in about 5 mins. Excellent service, too.

These guys are lame. I called to see if they had a laptop battery in stock before visiting the store. Was told they had 6, drove from Golden to Aurora to get it, only to find out they had none :( If you call, make sure the clerk is holding the battery in their hand if they tell you they have it in stock.

Was super busy so took much longer than estimated. But like they say an attitude can change the whole experience. The gentlemen I dealt with were awesome and did absolutely everything that could possibly do to accommodate my needs
