A very quick update of my experience with sunrise honda. (which is NOT a good one at all) I bought a 2012 Polaris rzr there. I was promised and swore up and down to, that the warranty would cover all engine and transmission problems. (A warranty that I didnt want in the first place, but since I was supposively "110% covered without a doubt" I went ahead and bought the 4 year warranty) 2 years later I took my rzr up there because it was smoking and burning oil. (I have kept up with all of the maintenence for two years. Also I check the fluid levels before every ride I go on.) They tell me they will have to tear it apart and see if warranty will cover it. If its not covered by warranty I will have to pay the costs. I told her that my rzr should be covered by warranty no matter what. Because this is what I was told when I purchased the rzr. It was NOT covered by warranty. As promised by my sales person, because it was not a "catastrophic failure." I told them not to touch it anymore and I will come pick it up. I also had to pay over $400 because they tore it down. Should have taken no longer that 2.5 hours to tear it down, but they charged me with over 4 hours of work. They dropped pieces of mud in my engine while they were working on it. They refused to work with me about what I was told by the sales rep, and they stuck me with a bill that was bigger than what it should be. This company has NO INTEGRITY AT ALL. They will tell you anything you want to hear when you buy your atv. But will screw you over any way they can later. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If you do, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Having bought a 1996 Harley Road King at Sunrise online July 9th, I am still waiting for the paperwork to prove I own the bike so insurance can be purchased. I requested the paperwork be mailed July 11. I am still waiting. My next step is to contact VISA and challenge the charge as I DO NOT HAVE TITLE to a vehicle I have paid for and has been picked up. I was told yesterday that "our policy is to hold all titles" even for a cash deal, I asked. Ernie (sales) was great up until he asked "How did you want to pay for it" he has bee difficult to reach to say the least. I tried for 15 minutes to call someone today to no avail. Ill try tomorrow ansd will update this review July20: STILL waiting on the title to the Harley. Spoke with 2 folks yesterday....."your email got sent back" and "I just tried to call you" and promises of overnighting the paperwork/title. Dont buy online from Sunrise.....send them a bank draft, like all the dealers do with each other. Then they have an incentive to complete the deal -or- THEY wont get the $$.................must be car dealer owned

Ive bought 3 bikes from Sunrise over the years. (Used 2002 Yamaha V-Star Motorcycle, New 2007 Yamaha Grizzly ATV, & New 2014 Yamaha Grizzly ATV) Ive had good experiences with the sales department. Prices were competitive. I generally dont do business with their parts and service departments. I think their labor prices are over priced ($99 per hour). My first service on my 2014 ATV was free plus $99 for labor. Im sorry, there is no way Im paying 100 bucks for a oil change. I did it myself for a fraction of the cost and in half an hour taking my time. I also think their parts are a bit pricey. I would rather buy and support my local brick and mortar stores but when you can buy in online cheaper (including shipping), Im going to go that route every time. So in short I recommend this dealership when buying a motorcycle or ATV/Side-by-side but buy your accessories elsewhere or online. When it comes to having work done on your purchase, unless its covered by warranty, do the work yourself or get estimates elsewhere - unless you have deep pockets.

HO-LY CRAP!!! What a dealership! I have never, ever, ever, been treated with more respect as a customer. My four kids came in and the Salesmen, Josh and Shannon and Justin, all were very accomodating. My kids can be a little wired sometimes but they handled it with great care never rushing us or seeming frustrated! My kids love this place so much I am going to be showing up each Saturday just to get some of the FREE hot dogs they serve around noonish. My wife also was pleased to find they had a hot pot of coffee and lots of riding gear and accessories for her new Honda CTX700 she got. I cannot stress enough how great this place is. Went home with a rock bottom price on a Pioneer Side by Side and the best service around. Even got a free hat. Great place with great people! Superstars!

Untrustworthy, unreliable, undeserving of your hard earned money, find another Honda dealer that is not associated with this owner to reward wth your hard earned money. Poorest management I have ever experience, I am a long term customer with several years of repeat business and I finally had enough of such poor customer service, and it was not just one poor experience with these people Go to another Honda dealer that understands your business is a reward and that will appreciate you as a customer.

I purchased a Honda ATV from Sunrise last week. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They even came to my house and picked up my trade. They also offered more on my trade than they first quoted once they saw it in person. Josh, my salesperson was a pleasure to work with as was the finance manger. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Would definitely buy there again and recommend to anyone.

Just purchased a pair of 2017 Groms from these guys. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. No pushy salesmanship from Jeff (JJ): he just wanted to help us find something that fit us perfectly. Very knowledgeable of the huge selection of bikes they had out. Couldnt be happier with the purchase or working with the guys and gals at Sunrise!

After speaking with a salesman on the phone and sending pictures of my bike I was quoted 1k for trade value. So i loaded the bike up, drove an hour to the dealership, the manager looked at the bike drove it once around the parking lot, then proceeded to offer 300 dollars for my bike. Dont waste your time with the shady liars

Service dept is not worth going to. If you have plenty of money then go for it. Other then that its way to over priced. If its under warranty then your good. The factually is rude and not willing to help you out. Sunrise marine is the only place worth going to.

These folks helped my brother and me out with a tire swap while riding the TAT. They slotted us right in, and knocked out both bikes. Good folks to chat with. Turns out we needed those knobies after all. Give those MT90s off my husky to a good home, great tires.
