Stopped in one afternoon to check them out. I recently moved from the Tacoma WA area- there you can find marble countertops for 70-80% off, fresh cans of paint for $5, unused tile for cents on the dollar-- basically it is a discount Home Depot, a handymans/landlords dream. This one I thought was a Value Village or something at first. Clothes, records, and crappy electronics are out front. A used stainless fridge was "on sale" with bids up to $700 (same fridge sells new for about the same, maybe just shy of $1000). I found myself taking a minute to even discover the building supplies, past the crappy furniture and clothes. 1/4 full gallon paint cans for $15- dream on Arkie. Used and filthy tile for near full price-- again, why does this state value junk so much? Barely serviceable plumbing fixtures, doors with holes punched/kicked in them, and lighting fixtures nearly older than I, all at a price that would guarantee they stay on the shelf. I dont know if this is just a cultural disconnect here between the north and south, but honestly most of that junk should not be for sale. Why arent the contractors donating actual usable and wanted items? They SHOULD be doing it as a charitable donation for Habitat, not holding out. I would say dont waste your time with this location, even if you are dirt poor the product value to price ratio is so off you would be better off just donating $5 and going to a hardware store.

If youre looking for cheap, home goods is the place. This CHARITABLE organization does not specialize in customer service, and its volunteers are very helpfuL When you patiently wait for them to become available. The merchandise rotates, and I try to stop in at least once a week. This place makes home renovations SO much cheaper. You can often find quirky antiques, and often times bargains that you are not searching for but cannot seem to live without. A couple of weeks ago I bought full-sized poster prints ( with hundreds of varieties and sizes available) for a dollar each. This place helps the community do so much and it deserves more than people give it credit for.

I can find almost everything I need when Im working on things in and around my house. If they dont have it one day, check back the next and they might. They put different stuff out every day. I call it my Christmas store cause, you never know what you might find from one day to the next. It might be something small or something big, it might be something you didnt even realize you wanted till you see it. Most of the people that work there are volunteers and they are very nice and helpful too. Check it out, you might want to go back every day.

All the bad reviews seem to come from over priced or bad service. I been here I love it here, the prices are a bit high but cheaper then brand new, as far as service its all volunteers, they are not professionals. So with that said Im giving it a 5 star, only because I cant give more stars. Its a great place considering its not a over priced corporate America thats in it for big profits.

Was a little shocked upon walking in. For some reason I thought the standards were a lot higher for the items accepted here. The place made me think junk yard, prices were not reasonable for the quality of the items. Things were organized by type but still looks a mess. May as well buy your stuff new or try a thrift store or yard sell. No interest in returning.

Habitat for humanity is an excellent place if you need to get something for your home but you dont have a lot of money. This location has extremely friendly people and a really nice selection of goods! Also, they have a HUGE wall of books and on certain days you can get 10 books for $10. Unbeatable!

Seriously overpriced. I used to love this store when it was exactly what it was meant to be. They had great affordable prices and great sales for people who couldnt afford much. Now they have a bunch of seriously overpriced junk sitting around because they got greedy.

OVERPRICED!!!! I used to shop here weekly for deals, but in the past few months theyve tripled the prices of everything! Desks for $200, Dressers for $250, barstools $45 ea...smdh! Idk what is going on; if theyre pocketing the money or what, this is ridiculous!!!!

This is just an all around great store. They truly use the money raised to build houses for the less fortunate. They sell the things they take out of houses they knock down or remodel. This is a great place
