Went in to location to have a warranty phone ordered as the speaker has gone bad in this one employee looked at phone decided that it was a warranty issue and he would order me a new phone that was supposed to have showed up at the house Tuesday but never showed Wednesday phone got a small crack in screen call to find out where warranty phone was and was told that the phone was never ordered and that now the phone has a crack Im going to have to claim insurance which is $150 VERIZON REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE THAT THE WARRANTY PHONE WAS NEVER ORDERED AND JUST TELLS ME THAT WHO IS TO SAY I WOULD HAVE SWAPPED OUT SIM CARDS ON TUESDAY WHEN THE PHONE SHOWED UP. BUT THE EMPLOYEE WHO DIDNT ORDER MY PHONE MADE SURE TO SEND ME TWO SEPARATE MESSAGES TO FIND OUT IF I WANTED TO COME IN AND BUY BLUETOOTH THAT I JUST ASKED ABOUT THE PRICE ON HE TRIED TO FORCE ME INTO BUYING IT THE DAY I WAS IN THERE BY SAYING WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TODAY AND TOMORROW ILL TELL YOU THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TODAY AND TOMORROW TODAY MY WARRANTY PHONE WOULD HAVE A CRACK IN IT TOMORROW THEYRE SAYING I HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO GET MY PHONE FIXED BECAUSE OF AN ISSUE THAT SHOULD BE UNDER WARRANTY

These people have given us so many lies and excuses about my husbands state employee discount and our higher than normal bills for the last two months. My husband asked how to get the state employee discount and they said it wouldnt be worth doing since it only applies to a family plan and we had separate lines at the time. We recently switched over to a larger gigabyte plan because it was cheaper and they tell us they cant apply the discount to the current bill because it has already been billed out. Their excuse is always, we cant make any changes until the billing cycle is over. Bunch of crap! What about crediting my account in the next billing cycle for charging me for two plans that not telling me the older plan wasnt finished yet? So we get penalized for their mistake!

Went in to get in upgrade and the associate showed no interest in taking care of that. Told her I needed a new phone since the one I had was having a lot of technical issues and she didnt care even though I was less then a month away from being able to upgrade. We have a family plan with them and my other family members upgraded a month early no problem. She stated I was wrong on that? But I was there. Overall she seemed just too lazy to look into this for me. Its been numerous times I go into this location and its always a let down. After this I went to the one on Cantrell and they took great care of me. I suggest going to that one instead, theyre not that far from each other.

This store is very convenient as far as location goes. I recently had a great experience when going in as they were closing. The guy was extremely helpful in answering my questions even with knowing up front I wasnt buying anything. I went in today and that person wasnt there so I got the usual service that Ive received from that location. No service at all. I normally go to the Cantrell location in the long run. I try to use the university store and receive the same service each time. I cant bring myself to spend money there to help anyone in that store stay employed. I love my overall Verizon experience, but that place is terrible.

Verizon in general I have found very hard to deal with regarding customer service as any problems you have that shouldnt necessarily be yours not having been caused by your own carelessness are generally kept your problem but I have had some helpful people at this location that being said if I could convince family members to switch I would absolutely but be with Verizon
