A few staff members that helped me where nice but I encountered two in particular that gave me the run around. I ordered a phone and it was sent to the store so I went to pick it up and a nice lady helped me and she ran into a problem with my account so she told me to call and see whats going on. So I called and got that resolved and I went back to the store before they closed to finally pick it up and they had no idea what I was talking about, said they didnt have the type of phone (iPhone 6s) in stock at all, said the order had expired because it had been at the store for 24 hours. They kept trying to sell me other phones and told me that they dont know what happened to the phone I ordered. It was the same workers that were there like 2 hours before and they even stated that they saw me earlier and saw the lady about to give me my order before the problem on my account. But then got rude and asked me why didnt I come and get it the day before, as if I needed to tell them that I work and go to college.... Literally tried to confuse me and gave me the run around, I will never use this store again because Ive been there twice and both times Ive encountered bad attitudes and misplacing of items/ lost orders.

Staff not welcoming at all. Stood by for 20mn before someone asked if I needed help or whether I was signed in. Meanwhile three couples come in behind me were welcomed, signed in and got help right away. I guess next time Ill have to come in with my girlfriend to be noticed. Stood for another 20mn still no help. Some customers come in and get help right away. Although there are plenty of staff to go around and others are just walking around aimlessly making it look like they are busy or maybe they are. Who knows? All I wanted was to just ask a question about my account and spend more money. Im guessing my money is not needed here. Already dissatisfied, Finaly got an agent who had no idea what I was talking about and tells me that he cant even access my Uverse account. Manager didnt even want to help. Staffs are picking up what the manager does. So its all swell. On my way to the car other couples are even getting help in the parking lot. I guess I definitely have to come back with my girlfriend or just cancel all my att&Uverse accounts.

Today I did one of the things I fear the most, changing cell phones AND providers. With the other companies network not working in more places than my iPad from AT&T I knew it was time to switch. I stopped in this store. Was greeted right away. Checked in and met Rick a few mins later. He was super easy going. Not a "salesman" that helped me understand plans that might work well for me. I needed to go take care of a few things with the old provider and return. Yes Ricks on commission, like me, and when I returned a few hours later I was HAPPY to wait while he finished up with a customer. Rick walked me thru the WHOLE maze of switching, getting a new phone and switching one to another. He even helped me upgrade my home wifi. Rick is Da Man to see at this AT&T store, even if you need to wait longer to see him, you will be glad you did wait. Thank You RICK for making the painful, painless today.

After 2 unsuccessful attempts to transfer my existing service to a new address online and over the phone, I went to the AT&T company store on University Ave. in Little Rock. When I arrived, Im sure that I was visibly upset due to the shear frustration of trying to accomplish what should have been a very simple process. Nevertheless, the sales consultant who helped me, Julie Benton, remained professional, calm, helpful, and most of all determined to help me resolve my situation. After almost 2 hours trying to resolve the issue on my behalf, Julie was able to get the process started and assured me that the issue would be resolved by the end of the day, which it was. The five stars that Im giving in this review are all for Julie. She was the consummate professional, and definitely the person you want helping you if you want something to get done. Thank you Julie!!

Helpful but too pushy about trying to get u to buy stuff and take on a larger bill. And they try not to tell u about all the little activation fees and stuff. They jus randomly slip that in the conversation. So be sure to ask them plenty questions about charges that go along with purchases. Activation fees taxes and no telling what else. They will hook u up just be ready to pay for it

Made an appointment online, and showed up to the store a bit early. Got signed in and took a seat. After waiting for almost half an hour without any of the staff attempting to help me, I decided to just leave and order a phone online. Very unsatisfied.

Very nice store, but the pricing of plans are not competivite to Sprint, T-Mobile, Straight Talk, or even Cricket which is owned by AT&T. The staff is blown away if your not excited about a 2 year contract.
