If I could give no stars I would. Three separate times they have forgotten items on my mobile order. The last time I asked tha barista if there was anything else, as I did not order one of my coworkers did. She told me no and when I got to work my coworker told me there were items missing. When I called to get a refund and to explain my frustration, they insisted I come back to get the missing items. I was already as work so I could not do so. I was then passed to a manager, Tori? I think, who was VERY rude. She told me I would have to call back later because she "couldnt process that right now" then proceeded to hang up on me. This is not the first time Ive witnessed this aweful display of customer service and general dismissal of professional conduct. Ive seen managers in this store be rude to new employees which was disheartening , Ive come in with big orders and treated like Ive inconvenienced them in some way by bringing them "too much" business. All in all I will be returning to this store. I hope this helps.
The staff is okay, but the management is headed in the wrong direction. The barista said, "we dont have sugar free syrups anymore - all the stores are going to be running out of it". Given the rise in diabetes and low carb dietary needs or preferences, this seems like a ridiculous strategy. Is their product coffee or sugar? I can buy premium coffee from lots of places and get whichever flavor or sweetener I choose. Why would I pay a premium for Starbucks if they dismiss such an important aspect!!?
I used to go by this Starbucks almost every day on my way to work. Its a great location and the staff at this location are extremely nice. I normally only leave a 4-star rating for Starbucks because theres nothing that makes them "exceptional" except for giving amazing service by knowing my name, or being really peppy and positive. I like to see that when I go to Starbucks. This particular location takes the extra effort to make your experience great.
This is my regular spot. I never write reviews, but the staff is so amazing I decided to give them credit where it is due. They are always friendly and like to have a good time working. They remember names and orders, and they all seem pretty genuine. Sometimes it can be a little crowded mid day, but typically mornings and evenings are fairly quiet. Im happy to drive a little farther, passing 1 or 2 other starbucks just for this particular one.
Great Starbucks to visit when you need your coffee or tea fix. Excellent staff that gets your order done quickly and correctly the first time. They also serve up bagels, donuts, and other sweet things to go with your beverage. Try the oatmeal for a hearty morning start.
Usually busy place but helpful and courteous staff are always happy to be of service to their customers. Place is clean, limited seating. Parking can be trying and tight sometimes.
How hard is it to make a venti Iced Black coffee!?!? Just coffee and ice! If I wanted sugar I would have asked...
Great place a lot of people meet here for business compared to other ones, to bad they closed at 7:30
This is an exceptional Starbucks. The staff is awesome. Drinks are always _perfect_.
