I have been coming to this Walmart for a little over three years. I never had a problem until tonight when I called to set up an eye exam. I called at 6:32pm and was put on hold... no big, waited 27minutes and then hung up at 6:59 and called back right at 7pm. Was put on hold again, still no problem I get it, its busy, was on hold for another 55 minutes and 33 seconds so I hung up and called right back again at 7:56pm. I was again put on hold for 10 minuets and 31 seconds. It was now 8:06pm when they just hung up the phone. Now I know they close at 8 pm but I called well before closing and was put on hold they should at the minimum finish helping the people they put on hold before going home!!! So i tried calling back over and over and all they did was answer and hang up the phone because now they are closed! That is horrible customer service! I am not upset I was on hold but the fact they hung up while I was oh hold because it passed 8 pm. This is horrible customer service. I will be stopping there tomorrow morning when they open and speaking to the manager about this!! Im not sure i will ever use them again after this!

I set an appt and give my insurance Info. They call back next day saying it says I was terminated in 2012. Call insurance, figure out issue. Call walmart back and give updated info. Day of appt. Sit there for 20 minutes. Get exam after being there 40 minutes. Deal with associate who still had to call and verify my coverage. 1 hr 10 minutes total. Slow and inefficient. No price match to online retailer either

I have been to this location three times once during the day and it was shady and dirty, once during the night and even more shady really dirty and very slow check out, and once in the morning to return something and customer service is very slow... NOT going to go back, do not waste your time...

Great customer service, it was my first time trying out contacts. Scott was very patient and walked me thru the process. Even gave me a contact replacement for free!! If you dont have insurance or looking to spend a lot of $ on glasses or contacts this is the place to go!

Horrible service. Will not be returning. Extremely rude staff. Will over charge you and swindle you. Would highly recommend the Doctor on site, Dr. Wu. Unfortunately, the staff working the vision center make the whole experience awful.

My husband and my self purchase 4 pairs of glasses I had a nose pad fall off and took my glasses to get a new one they said I have to pay al most 3.00 dollars if I sit on my glasses they will replace them for free.

This isnt a real location obviously. Why is this even on google? Please dont drive to this location i had to take my boat out there to finally realize that there is no eye doctor.....(sarcasim).
