This was my first experience with Fantasy Auto Sales.I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 60 minutes away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Mark, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said Id like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. Itll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I cant say enough about Mark as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, Im a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Mark went above and beyond when I had questions about car fax info. Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. Also we know these are used cars and will at times need a few things that may have been overlook. Mark again shocked me with his willingness and professionalism when I brought just a few minor things up I felt needed addressed. I mean most dealership say" sorry not covered or not our problem" well not Mark it was let me see what I can do and dont worry will get that fixed. I have bought many cars threw the years ,,,this one has been the best experience of any used car thus far. Finally just a note to all other buyers .. remember when buying a used car dont expect a brand new car and dont blame the dealer if something possibly fails they are not physic mechanics and cant know when something that is working might fail. What you should remember is a dealership like Fantasy Auto Sales that always willing to work with you and fix those little bumps in the road. Thank you for all your help making my used car feel like a brand new one.

These people deal with higher-end cars with reasonable mileage. The thing that impressed me was that the cars were in really good shape, aesthetically and mechanically. The lower-priced ones show wear, of course, but for the price you get a really good deal on a car brand you thought you could never afford. They also have some like-new cars there, too, for a bit more. Do your homework before you buy any used luxury car. Theyre expensive to maintain and can be quirky about missed maintenance. Its just the nature of the beast. I think Fantasy Auto does their best to make sure the cars are in good shape, but they cant know every little thing the previous owners did to the cars. Remember, they sell USED cars. The cars I drove had good engines, good brakes, and good tires. The alignment and balancing was good, too. A lot of times these things get neglected and are a sign of worse things to come. The sales people are down to earth. No pressure--just a desire to help you get into a car that others will envy. Fred is the one I dealt with the most, and hes professional and hospitable. Cant go wrong. The other sales people chatted with me while Fred was busy, and they seemed just as level-headed. The finance person doesnt throw on an extra $1,500 to the price of the car just because you want to finance the car like other sleazy places. The price you see on the windshield is pretty much what youll pay, either with cash or with financing (plus tax, title, and license, of course). They themselves dont finance the cars, but they work with multiple lenders to get you the best monthly payments. I will definitely keep these guys in mind in the future, and hopefully, Ill have the privilege of sending people there through referrals. Finding a good used-car dealer is a rare find. This is one of them. Tell em Marvin sent you!

I wrote an amazing review 24 days ago about the level of professionalism I encountered at fantasy and now Im here to take it all back.the day after I wrote that review my radio actually stopped working. It was going in and out but I would turn off my car open the door and we started and it would work again which seems like a hassle but I really liked my car. Well I purchased a Mercedes gl450 and regardless of what car you purchase you need a radio. Well I called them immediately and they gave me the number of somewhere to get it looked it. Well that shouldve been my 1st sign of knowing something was wrong bc instead of them fixing it they sent me to someone else.well my "small" problem from the radio is the sound amplifier, and its costing me almost $2,000 to fix. I contacted them to let them know and they couldnt help me on anything so now Im driving around in a Mercedes with no radio because they refused to fix it. Im so upset with the level of service. They had claimed to have sent my car for a diagnostic and they claim that nothing was wrong with the radio. I dont recommend this dealership to anybody. he says that he went above and beyond to help me with my purchase which I cant imagine another dealership doing the same to make money. He got me a remote for the TVs that should have been in the car anyways off eBay and he got me floor mats. I could have purchased them myself if I woulda known the radio would have stopped working if that would have been what I was trading things for. We know a lot of people that are looking for high-end cars and I will never recommend this place to anybody!

The best part about this place is the selection, it is NOT the salesmans job to make sure that your not buying the wrong car, do your research and make sure its reliable, dont write a bad review because their "warranty" doesnt cover the replacement of a blown engine because you didnt even open the hood to check the engine out... they sell high performance and luxery cars that are very very expensive to work on. I gave them a 4 star because my car wasnt even in proper working condition when they delivered it. the thermostat was completely locked, causing the car to over heat and poor radiator fluid all over the ground. They told me to bring it back and their "mechanics" would "check it out". If I would have driven it all the way over I could have done serious damage to the block. And they wouldnt pay for towing. So logically I told them to pay for my mechanic to fix it for only $200.00. They declined. Bring your own mechanic, check it out yourself, no warranty, no service after purchase. Second reason I give it a 4 star is because they drilled their flashy obnoxious license plate cover into the front bumper without asking, their is now 6 holes in the front bumper. Otherwise I usually dont go to dealerships, but remember its not about where you get the car, its about what the car is and its history. Good Luck.
