To whom it may concern, I want to take the time to express my great displeasure and disappointment with the unprofessionalism I experienced at Chapman BMW On Camelback (Phoenix, AZ). The purpose of my visit was for an air bag recall and an oil change. The main culprit for this nightmare I experienced at Chapman BMW On Camberlback, was the DEPLORABLE Robert Molanick (a.k.a. "Bob"). Unlike Bob, I am going to take the time to be professional and gracious in explaining to you on how all this developed and played out. I have never enjoyed going to the dealership because of the cut throat business it is. However on this occasion I had no choice because of the air bag recall. Prior to going to Chapman BMW, I was warned by my mechanic to not let them (Chapman BMW) pop my hood. Not even for a simple oil change. My mechanic stated I would not know what tech I would get. Unfortunately for me, I went against his advice and I went ahead and requested an oil change. After I got my car back, I drove off the lot thinking all was good. I was completely wrong. A loud agitating/churning sound was coming from the hood of my car. The pusher fan was malfunctioning. I immediately went back to Chapman to have this addressed. Unlike Deplorable Bob, the valet clerks were very gracious and professional in attending to me. They assured me that they would get Bob for me. While waiting for Deplorable Bob, the valet clerks made a comment that Deplorable Bob can have an attitude with customers. This turned out to be an understatement. Bob made eye contact with me, but walked by me without ever acknowledging me. I approached him and told him my concerns. In the most rude manner he tried putting me on the defensive. He told me he didnt have time. That I would have to leave the car overnight and that they will get to it when they get to it. He stormed off like if I had inconvenienced him. Deplorable Bob made me feel like a SECOND CLASS CITIZEN. I was taken aback and appalled by his arrogant and condescending actions. His actions were completely demeaning, inexcusable, and unacceptable. Deplorable Bob completely humiliated and embarrassed me in front of employees and customers. I was livid. I reached out to Ken (unknown last name or title). I explained the situation to him. Unlike Deplorable Bob, Ken was gracious and professional in hearing me out and addressing my concerns. I explained to Ken that my car was in complete working order prior to having it checked in with the Deplorable Bob. This included my fans. After doing some trouble shooting with it, he took it to the tech. As I waited in the lobby, Deplorable Bob walked by me numerous times. Not one time did he have the courage to say a word to me. That speaks volumes to how much of a Deplorable and Unprofessional he is. For the exorbitant prices you charge, you should at least treat customers with the utmost dignity and respect. After a short period Ken was back to explain to me his findings. Ken stated he was told there was a fault with the pusher fan. He provided me with a printout of the test that was conducted on my car. As disappointed as I was with the news, at least Ken was a professional about things. I will never know if my car was damaged at your facility. However I know this much. Unless I absolutely have to, I will never step foot ever again at Chapman BMW On Camelback. Please feel free to contact me anytime for further insight. Rey

Three months ago (to the date) I made a huge mistake and bought a spaceship from Bell Lexus (RX 350). I went in for an IS 350 but some how bought what I call the bad luck car. My experience top to bottom with Lexus was miserable - sales, service, Lexus "Care" - and ultimately I couldnt keep the spaceship. I was familiar with Audi and knew where they valued my trade (after three months the negative equity was significant), but after 5 minutes with Craig I knew I had made the right choice and he would be the one to turn a bad luck, bad situation into the best thing possible! I have bought several cars in my life - luxury brand and non - and I have never had an experience as fun and as comfortable and all together easy. I have only had my BMW 335i for about 20 hours but I know it is my favorite car ever, and all of my bad luck days are behind me. Craig did what he needed to do in order to make sure I was comfortable with the car - pulling up other models, offering as many test drives as I wanted (which I didnt need) and allowing me to take the car I did love out on the road as long and as far as I wanted. Some dealers want you to make a decision in 1.35 miles, which is fine for some, but he knew where my head was on this purchase. The deal was drama free, the conversation was free flowing and full of laughs. I feel like I knew Craig for years, in fact one of his neighbors stopped by and helped with a sales pitch of his own. He didnt have to sell very hard though - I knew I had the best car for me the minute we pulled out of the lot for the test drive. I got EVERYTHING I wanted and much much more. I didnt have to compromise on a single thing - color, features - Craig found the exact match! When I was in the market earlier this summer (buying the spaceship) it was an awful experience - my sister and I had been to so many dealerships all over the valley who just didnt take us seriously buying two cars (she ended up with the IS 350) and ultimately I made a terrible choice. I honestly wish I had done a little more research three months ago and met Craig that much sooner ... I will be referring all of my car buying friends his way (everyone at my work drives a luxury car) and I will be back in a few years myself. I have never been so happy and so eager to drive to work on a Friday in my life! Thank you Craig and everyone at Chapman BMW Camelback for making this happen for me. You saved me from the spaceship - and countless others on the roads I drive ;) Craig - Happy #100 And... to the new Genius Girl (I really dont remember your name), thank you too, you were so fun and you did a great job!! And you offered your granola bar to me and thats amazing!! :)

Wow! Five stars for the sales department? Can this really be true? Well, not quite, but it certainly is five stars and then some for our sales consultant Craig Rusin. My wife wanted to lease a mid sized vehicle, somewhere between the MINI and the dually truck we currently have. She had her eyes set on an Audi Q5, but after a few not so good experiences at a local dealership I was able to convince her to check out the X1 or X3, neither of which she was particularly fond of due to the "crease" in the middle of the rear hatch. We had an E39 540i M Sport that sacrificed itself to protect us in a t-bone accident, so we were familiar with the marque. We arrived at Chapman BMW on Camelback this past Wednesday morning with the intent of just getting a feel for the vehicles, and seeing if my wife can overlook the crease that made it not as "cute" as the Q5. We started out in the front lot, and eventually made our way into the showroom. While we were looking at a gorgeous Deep Sea Blue Metallic X335i M Sport we were approached by Craig Rusin, who introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. Having spent some time in the luxury car business, I dont have much tolerance for incompetent or sleazy/pushy salespeople. My wife cant stand the sleazy pushy ones either, but that didnt seem to be a problem once we had met and chatted with Craig. From there on we test drove a X128i M Sport, then a X328i, attempted a X328i M Sport custom build, and eventually ended up with a bare bones X128i M Sport that was perfect, besides for the lack of xenon headlights. Craig was extremely helpful/knowledgeable with a great sense of humor and is a true car guy who loves what hes doing. Whats even better was that while describing certain functions and sounds he didnt use the technical terms, which helped my wife enjoy the process even more as he was "speaking her language". We got a few rebates and a bit more off MSRP for the car, and while I knew there was more wiggle room, we enjoyed the six (!) hour long process with Craig so much that it was well worth it...the guy has to make some money too! We had so much fun we didnt even realize we were there so long until our stomachs were growling and we checked the clock. While my wife still doesnt care for the rear of the car, she said as long as Craig is still at BMW, the next vehicle will be a BMW just so that she could work with him again. The sales experience wasnt completely perfect however, since we cannot say the same about the finance guy Michael Keys who was kinda rude/pushy/sleazy, but if thats who we have to work with just so that we could work with Craig again, it would be worth it.
