Review I came into your service department about 3-4 years ago when the head bolts on my 2005 F250 6.0 Diesel gave up while traveling east on I40 towing my toy hauler. Although necessary to keep the truck for some time, you completely repaired it under warranty and returned it to me in good condition. You also allowed me to leave my trailer and I continued my trip on my Harley after unloading it from the trailer. I picked the truck and trailer up about two weeks later. On July 31, 2014, I was traveling west on I40 and experienced considerable white smoke coming from under my same truck towing the same trailer and found red liquid (trany fluid) dripping from everything. I was about 75 miles away from your dealership and headed there cautiously at about 50 mph, keeping a good eye on my gauge pack. Upon successfully getting to your dealership, I talked to your rep and explained that my truck had recently been serviced at the Camp Verde/Cottonwood, AZ, Ford dealership. They had performed oil, fuel, and trany service. I asked if it was possible to over fill the trany and if that may be the problem as nothing else seemed to indicate an issue. No everheating of any components or other warnings from the gauges. I was told that was a possibility and that I should drop the trailer so they could take a look. As soon as I disconnected the trailer, it was taken into the service area. Within about 15 minutes, I was contacted and told that yes, in fact, the trany had been overfilled and an additional quart needed to be removed above and beyond whatever was puked out on the highway. At that point, having been informed of a likely $100.00 service minimum, I was prepared to pay and deal with the Camp Verde dealership upon my return to Cottonwood. To my pleasant surprise, I was told the situation was corrected and that there would be no charge. My truck was returned, I reconnected the trailer and was back on the road in about 45 minutes from initially getting to the your location. I then successfully completed my 3,500 mile trip to Yellowstone, Tahoe, and Yosemite by way of Las Vegas, where I picked up and returned my grandchildren. They had a great time! I greatly appreciate the way your staff handled my situation (both times) and will make a point of recommending you to anyone and everyone I can. Additionally, when my 2005 Ford F250 needs replacement, I plan to make the drive to your location and give you first shot at selling me a new truck.

Our experience with Anderson Ford of Kingman was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. I have worked extremely hard at fixing my credit for several years. However, I have gotten stuck with two vehicles with high interest rates. I honestly thought that we had gotten a great deal from another local dealer with our credit. We were upside down in both vehicles owing way more than either vehicle was worth. Even though our credit was nearly the same, we wanted to get out of the van we had. Our salesman Richard did everything he could to help find us a newer van that would fit in our budget, but I had very little hope of us getting approved with a decent payment. I must say that Eric, the sales manager, worked some amazing deals. He got us approved for the van at an interest rate that was so low I could not believe it. Once he got us into the van, I was only joking around about him getting my truck payment lowered. He wasted no time getting me out of a 2011 F150 that I have only had for a little over a year, and into a 2016 F150 with a lower payment. Even though Eric had a few challenges facing him with my credit, he still managed to make sure he got us into better vehicles with decent payments. I walked in to Anderson Ford hoping I could just get out of one overpriced vehicle and drove away with two 2016 vehicles with amazing interest rates. I wish I could give Eric Saenz and his team more than five stars on this review, they are absolutely amazing, and really go above and beyond for customer service. I will never buy a vehicle from any other dealer ever again. I highly recommend Anderson Ford and their all-star team to anyone looking to get themselves out from a high interest loan. They genuinely care about their customers.

The staff of Colorado River Ford - Lincoln in Kingman did an outstanding job during my most recent purchase of a Ford F-150 Crew Cab. The sales person, John Schalinske, did a super job in keeping me as a customer. He is very knowledgeable of the product line, knows his competitors vehicles and can show you why the Ford product is superior. He will do his very best to negotiate a deal which will make you happy along with the dealership and himself. While there for about 15 1/2 hours over three days, I test drove two vehicles, one of them twice to insure it would meet my demands. He made available the manuals for the truck I wanted so I could read them cover to cover to insure it was the vehicle for me and all questions were answered. I was introduced to various employees of the dealership and all acted very professional in their dealings with me. The vehicle was properly prepared for delivery and the dealer even filled up the 26 gallon gas tank. How many other dealers do that? The owner of the dealership has established a "well oiled machine" with his employees. They know what they are doing, are customer service oriented, act professionally and ethically, and do their very best to make the customer happy. I am most pleased with the transaction especially the available rebates which yielded a very competitive price compared to other Ford dealers within a 100 mile radius. In summary, John Schalinske and the other staff members did an outstanding job in selling me a vehicle that I will most likely be happy with for many years. Therefore, I most highly recommend Colorado River Ford - Lincoln in Kingman for any Ford product that you are looking for. They are "A Number One".

When I was ready to look at a new truck I called Barry Boss (Service Mgr.) at Colorado River Ford and told him the minimums that I needed to replace my 2005 King Ranch. He called me back within in the hour with a 2015 King Ranch. At this point Barry introduced me to Ronnie M. (Sales) and the deal began process. to note I was still at home in the Bullhead area by the time I arrived at the dealership in Kingman everything went smooth as glass. I have purchased a few Fords over my lifetime and I will say this was the most pleasant of all dealings I have ever experienced. Clint Holder (Finance) finished the deal with completeness all questions answered no misunderstandings I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer the first was a 2012 Explorer that my wife wanted when the vehicle came in my wife had just undergone surgery and was unable to travel. Guess what the dealer came to my home with the new car and we did all the preliminary paperwork. Hows that for service. And not to mention all the excellent care the service department has given me over the years. I highly recommend this dealer.
