The store was empty and it took 10 minutes for someone to talk to us. When he did, he had no idea what he was doing. We were looking at dishwashers and the one we liked had a price tag of 479$, and was on sale for the fourth of July. We said we wanted it and the guy all the sudden checked the price tag and said "oh this isnt the right price for this one, its actually 831$". We asked to see a manager and she came over and was very short and just said "well its labeled wrong, I wont sell it to you for that price". She then blamed the corporate warehouse for sending it with the wrong stickers, then changed her story and said it was an employee and then CHANGED HER STORY AGAIN, and said it was a customer who put it on there because they thought they could get away with paying less (hinting that it was us who put the sticker on it). She said she would go watch her security camera videos to see who actually put the sticker on the dishwasher. We told her to go ahead and watch the video, we were leaving. This store is a joke!

We have bout 3 things from this store in Gilbert AZ. You walk in and nobody comes to ask if you need help, been helped nothing! We bought a treadmill the 1st time they didnt have the key for it but would get us one ok no problem! Took 4 attempts and us buying a key online for it then they come up with a key strike 1! wE BOUGHT A DEEP FREEZER THIS SEEMS TO STILL BE OK A YR LATER. tHE LAST PURCHASE WAS A REFRIGE. We have had it 2 months when they delivered it only did crushed ice not cubed ok whatever i am not that lazy that I cant reach in the bin and get some. But now the freezer which is a pull out drawer is not sealing on one side? Hello 2 months old really? So I call the service dept they tell me 2 weeks they can have someone out here so what do I do with the food thats in there yes I could put it in the other freezer but theres no room! These people are ridiculous never again will I buy or refer ANYONE to these people.

Do not go here!!!! Went to store paid for a new washer. Brought out a scratched up washer. Told them I bought new. Lady said it might be new but just scratched. Pulled up the website showed three types of options new, like new, and refurbished. Explained I purchased new and it shows the store has five left... She then says well you dont want this?.I said no I paid for new. She said she would check to see if they had five new ones anywhere..comes back and says no we dont have any new. Next Time call to double check. I said well I dont think it would let me buy something you dont have and this was the only location it was available at. Im surprised they didnt call me to tell me they only had ONE used one left!!! No customer service here. They took a customers new washer to his car and banged it on everything on the way out! Also the guy had to load up his own washer!! BEAWARE

I bought a washer from this Sears outlet. The cashier told me that if the washer did not work correctly I could bring the washer back with in 24 hours. After the 24 hours I needed to call their service tech. I got the washer home and it was unable to balance. When it came to the spin cycle it would make a loud banging sound every time. the very next day I took the machine back. They would not refund my money they said I had to pay a 15% restock fee. The manager was very rude and tried to push me into another dumb purchase. I will never purchase from here again. I went to Lowes they allow a full refund within the first 7 days and an exchange up to 30 days. Lowes will also price match and their 5 year warranty was only $99 sears wanted $259.99. Sears will try and tell you that it is not the same coverage but it is. Save yourself time and money dont shop here.

Purchased a "reconditioned " and "Sears Certified" refrigerator that did not function properly from day one. Had a back and forth battle over the phone alternately calling the store and the repair service number. After 2 weeks we finally went in person to the store and made them call repair in order to finally get a service tech out to the house. When the tech got there he started asking questions such as how long have you had this refrigerator? Where did you purchase it? Do you have the receipt? We gave him our receipt showing purchase date 2 weeks ago. The repairman then says "do you know this refrigerator is 6 years old?" This store sold us a 6 year old broken refrigerator! (There is a sticker inside the refrigerator with manufacture date Mar 2011! Look for and check this before you buy!) Return is a nightmare too. Will never buy from Sears again

They advertise all over the front of the store and inside the store that you can lease with no credit but the whole thing is ridiculous. They claim they are not checking your credit but enter your social security number and other information. When my info came back as "cannot verify at this time" the employee said it was something with the system , that you had to enter the salary information differently so she tried 4 more times. She tried calling the provided number and was put on hold forever. I finally left and called the number the next day myself. What a joke, the automated system recognized my phone number and said I had been denied and the answer was final goodbye. I tried calling the store wanting answers about what that based the approval or denial and got no where . Faldo advertising is you ask me! Filed a complaint with BBB!

We got a nice price on a fridge there a few years ago and stopped in again to look for a washer and dryer. There were 5 or 6 employees at the counter and one asked what we were looking for. When I said "washer and dryer" she asked if we were looking for a set... because they "dont have many of those most of these are all dryers", she said. "So look around and see if you have any questions". Uhhh...yeah...we had a question...where are these washers? Did she really expect us to hunt through 100 dryers for the 5 washers? When we looked at the washers they had, none of them had the sizes or the features on the tags. Little miss helpful has to look them up individually on the computer and shes not too happy about it. We were clearly bothering her so we left.

I ordered online an in-stock refrigerator from the Gilbert Sears Outlet Store. The internet processing people messed up, then the delivery people really messed up, such that our invalid tenant would have been without a refrigerator for 6 days, and this was after waiting all day for a delivery that never came. BUT the store manager in Gilbert, Shauna, determined the issues, was honest with me about what happened, and arranged for and personally delivered a loaner refrigerator until the one I purchased actually got delivered. She more than went above and beyond to try to right the wrongs of others in the Sears organization and I hope she gets a bonus and promotion because Im pretty sure she works this hard for anyone that needs it. Kudos to HER!
