For starters, Hobby Lobby has so many neat things you most likely wont find anywhere else. Though I was impressed by all the things they carried I was really disappointed with the service the associates provided. After 15 minutes of roaming the store looking for magnets I finally decided to find an associate and ask for help. The first girl I encountered was nice but she seemed like she was in a hurry to get back to whatever she was doing. When I asked where they carried magnets she simply told me "In the craft aisle next to the candle making area" and then pointed to a corner of the store. Not to be a smart ass but the whole place is full of crafts so I was a bit confused when she said "craft aisle." Anyways, I headed to the direction she pointed and started looking for candle making area. I looked up and down the aisles (which arent labeled by numbers or a list/description of what the aisles contain-very inconvenient) and couldnt find the magnets nor candle making items. I then decided to find an associate again and ask for help. This time I ran into a girl and her manager. I asked the girl where they carried magnets and this lady told me to look in the aisle behind her, next to be chalkboards. So I went to the aisle behind her and found the chalk boards, but didnt see any sign of magnets. I was annoyed at this point that I was sent on a wild goose chase. Neither of the associates or the manager (who witnessed his associate tell me this information) offered to walk me to the aisle where the magnets were located. I was extremely disappointed in the manager and his associates. What kind of "manager" lets his associates or himself get away with this behavior. So much for customer service. I will say that they associates were friendly but didnt go the extra step to make me want to come shop at Hobby Lobby over any other craft store. I ended up putting half of my stuff away because I figured I could just buy it at another craft store (Joanns/Micheals) and receive better service. Although I was not satisfied at all with the way the associates interacted with me I probably will return because of the great selection of house decor. But only if I have a coupon because their stuff is quite pricey. Anything else I can find in a common craft store I will gladly go out of my way to go elsewhere. Working in a customer service industry, I must say I hope Corporate reads this and says something to the manager of this place. This way, no one else encounters the lack of enthusiasm to help, the workers provide. Hobby Lobby should strive to provide top notch customer service so they can set themselves apart from other craft store competition.

I came to buy wedding decorations with my wife and was pleased to see that the floral accents were 50% off. Unfortunately, I soon found out that it was false advertisement and all 6 signs in an aisle were only meant for a few items on the top shelf and not the rows and rows of flowers underneath. I asked to speak with a manager to voice my concerns in how their advertising can be misconstrued but got a rude assistant manager who wanted nothing to do with me. I didnt return any of the items we bought (over $200 worth) only because I knew my wife really liked them. However, I will say they just lost a customer for life and will definitely be telling my friends and family!

One of my favorite places to go . Always sales love the 40% cupons always clean and friendly. But the check out line are getting way to long and the person that calls cashiers need to learn how to jump on a register when they back up with people i have left more than once because of the wait. And its not close for me to go there everytime i wait i go less and less used to be thee times a week now down to once every two weeks the good thing is it saving me alot of money. But i still like the store

I really love shopping here and the people are usually nice, how ever there was this time where I wanted to buy a key hanger and the lady employee told me it wasnt on sale. Well I decided to buy something else, and once I got to the cashier and asked her about it she said it was on sale so I had to go out of my way to go track down the key hanger I wanted. Other than that one experience its a great store with lots to choose from and I love that they always have coupons!

This store is the reason I stop going to Michaels. The sales are awesome and way more art/craft supplies. They have really nice furniture and home decor. The decor is unbelievable!! Its like going to Pier 1 Imports or some other fancy store. Price on items is reasonable to total bargains. Cashier line is usually long, they either need more staff or more cash registers. Happy this place is around.

As a person who cannot live without crafting, I love Hobby Lobbys variety and their great sales. Every other week their glass bottles are on sale and I use a lot of glass bottles in my crafting so I get a great price. On the odd weeks, their metal items are on sale so if you keep up with the sales, you get really great prices! Wonderful selection!

Hobby Lobby always runs big discounts, and while the prices are moderatly higher than you could find online before the discount is applied, it is still a decent price and a great excercise in perceived bargain physcology when you can take 40 to 50% off an item. Plus they are close and have most everything you are looking for.

This place is always a madhouse. Tons of kids crying, rude people walking around, but as a store they have what I want, when I find an employee there they always help. I rated it a 4 because there are times when at the register it takes FOREVER. But like i said they usually have what I want and I am just very happy with that.

They have fun decore for the house that other craft stores do not. They also have a large selection of yarns. You can use a 40% off coupon once a day on regular price items, but most things are on sale except yarn. They are closed on Sundays so their staff can worship, which I think is really nice of them.

Really loved this place! Amazing selection of yarn and needle art supplies. There is always a sale going on, which helps when you are on a budget! This is a large store, so if you are anything like me, wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to spend a few hours looking around! Haha.

Young girl stocking the acrylic paints was super aggressive and throwing store product like she was ready to pound someone. She was definitely not a happy person and working with customers. Why do all the Hobby Lobby employees look so miserable and angry? Oh no bueno!!

Knew what I needed and where it was. Almost half an hour just to check out. Ridiculous. I watched the entire time as no less than six other employees went about doing other things, wandering around, or chatting with each other. Absolutely horrendous customer service!
