Just left Best Buy to purchase the Samsung 360 gear after chasing around 3 different stores I finally ended up here in Dothan to buy one I was told that they wouldnt hold one and that I had to order it online and I could pick it up so that wasnt a big problem being that the online sales showed that they had three and inventory so I ordered it online I drove all the way from Panama City Beach up here to pick it up and when I get here theyre telling me that they dont have my camera well the fact that they supposedly didnt have my camera was enough to irritate me but then the assistant manager Nicole Holloway who has the personality of Cruella Deville wanted to be disrespectful and act like I was an idiot anyway to make a long story short all they had to do was send somebody back that knew what they were doing to go find my camera I did get it but I will never go back to this store ever again as long as this woman works there she is the most disrespectful person that I have met recently Not only was she disrespectful to me she was disrespectful to two other customers that stopped me on the way out and said that they had received rude treatment from her also on a plus note the manager seemed very diplomatic and was trying to resolve the issue if he was smart he would get rid of her
I need a new car stereo, so I went into the store. Asked for help, nobody helped. I called, had to wait about 5 minutes to talk to the first person. She transferred me to the automotive department, and the phone rang about 8 times, then silence. I waited about 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back. It was 6:34 before I got to talk to somebody (I actually started a stopwatch this time.) The same lady attempted to transfer me to the automotive department. It rang about 8 times, and the same lady picked up. I asked her to transfer me again, but she only wanted my name and phone number. They can make a lot of money off of me, but their customer service is so bad, they wont even let me talk to somebody who can sell me something. Being pretty much the only guys in town, there is not much competition. If there were, they would be out of business, or they would have better customer service.
Bought a open box tv, me and employee opened the box before i left to see if there were any imperfections or missing (there wasnt any) I got home to find out the box was missing the 2 pieces where the TV stands on. I called today theyre said I had to return the TV and buy a new one at regular price, which I got the last one in store I had no new ones in Stock thats the only reason why I bought a open box item! Be sure you review and make sure it has everything if you do get open box, my ticket on the open box slip had no missing pieces so this best but inspection obviously wasnt done correctly, Im normally dont complain but little things like this is unconventional to the customer. They have a job and should do it right thats what good training is for
Disliked because I dont like to hate. Needed some help from Geek Squad - called the first time - the person didnt seem to understand what a house call was. Kept asking my what my repair order number was - I didnt have one - I needed someone to come out to the house and fix my computers. I finally just hung up. Called a day later - young lady told me someone would call me back. Did not ask my name or my phone number - or whether the problem was computer related or TV....called back - I am a glutton for punishment I guess - no one ever answered the phone - put it on speaker for 20 minutes...no answer. Music was nice tho. Am on hold now waiting....waiting....waiting....waiting...music still nice tho...this is the last call tho....
I have wasted an entire day with Best Buy in Dothan trying to purchase a slide-in range that I was willing to drive from Florida to pick up directly from the store. After having been placed on HOLD for 30 minute periods of time, I have practically memorized their pitch regarding excellent and expert customer service and advice. I finally got to the point of purchase where I was prepared to give my credit card number, and the salesgirl asked me to please hold again. I promptly gave her my home number and asked her to return my call so that we could complete the order. It never happened. I have no stove coming, and as a result, had to put off my granite order placement. I will NEVER attempt to purchase from this store again.

I had a horrible experience. Waited about 19 mins before an associate helped me. I have been to many best buy locations all over the country and this best Bcation was the least attentive to customers. Usually the associates wont leave you alone.....always asking if they can help. After I finally got help with my computer purchase I went to checkout and waited an additional 10 mins because two associates were helping one customer. Ive done retail and am pretty patient but in sales acknowledgement goes a long way. Avoid this best buy if you can. Order online and just do an in store pick up necessary unless you have alot of time to spare.

Im not sure what everyone else below me is talking about, but I had a fantastic experience here. I got a few gift cards to Best Buy for Christmas, and when I went in, they didnt carry what I was looking for in store. I had a helpful associate bring me up to customer service to get my product ordered. Because I had it delivered to the store, I didnt have to pay shipping. My delivery date was 10 days from my time of purchase, and my product was there in about 5-7 days. I got my email confirmation and headed to the store, where I was directed to customer service and taken care of in a timely manner. I wasnt in there longer than 15 minutes.
The store is very organized and usually has what im looking for. One thing I dont like is that the associates are not very knowledgeable about the products. The lady who helped me just gave me the spec sheet and said "theyre very similar, but this one is cooler." ok. She was friendly anyway, so I can look past that. Anyway, definitely had everything I needed for a one stop shop. Will be back.

Terrible Customer Service. I called because I needed to know if an expensive item was in stock. I waited on the line for 20 minutes wasting my time and phone minutes. Didnt want to make a 30 minute trip if we didnt need to! They never answered the phone!!! Hello Best Buy! Wake up and smell the ECONOMY!!! In the mean time I am out the door to Target!
This is so stupid google says its open but its not. What kind of crazy person doesnt open a store until 10:00 am on a weekday? I was going to get a charging wire for my nook but since they werent open I guess Ill go somewhere else and buy my wire. Also I was going to get a laptop too. Their lose. How ridiculus!
