When we got there we were greeted by Hunter he sat me and my father down we did the application and he told us to go on the lot and to look at some cars. Not even five minutes later he jumped in his car and on his way out I flagged him down to ask him where was he going he told me Jimmy Smith would be right with me. Okay my father was ready to leave but I was still curious and I shouldve listened to my father. We got in there greeted by Jimmy he gave us keys to a car I was looking at and told me to take it for a test drive which I did. Came back and he automatically just jumped into the buying process after looking at only one vehicle. My father is older and hard of hearing also the one with the money when he was asking him to repeat himself he over looked my father and continue to talk. I had to stop Jimmy and repeat what he said and at that time my father was not budging when it came to putting more money down because of his dislike for Jimmy was growing by the second. To make matters worse he reached down his pants and started to rearrange himself at that point I was more than disgusted and ready to go. I guess because I worked with his sister he thought he didnt have to be professional maybe? Anyway we ended up leaving afterwards listening to him flirt with the women who sold car insurance. He even had the nerve to say Im not worried you will be back. The guy I mentioned earlier Hunter called to check back in last week about buying a car still you can imagine the amusement I felt telling him my father purchased somewhere else. So Hunter you have Jimmy to thank for losing that sale.
They do have nice cars and a lot to choice from. The only issue Iv had with them is their pricing. I was looking at their 2007 Honda Fit with 79,000 miles, test drove it, ran great and really liked it. Kelly blue book valued this at $8,500-$9500. They wanted a ridiculous pricing of $12000 and wouldnt budge at all. Very over priced. King Honda offered a 2012 Honda fit for the exact same price. My credit is around 720 and my payments would have been $400 a month. With $3000 as a down payment, it would only go down to $301 and not including insurance. When I said I couldnt do that and Id have to look else where, they then offered a crazy warranty. Iv never heard of such a warranty, but apparently for $600 one time payment, as long as I owned the car, with $200 deductible Id have "free" maintenance. Sounds far fetched but if legit, its amazing. Over all, if youre very desperate and have awful credit and in need of a car on the spot, sure, but I think you could do better trying else where.
Bought a car from here, asked if there are any concerns we need to know about or anything wrong with the car. They told us nothing wrong with the car. He asked did you see the back of the car. We said yes....few minor scratches no big deal. We asked anything wrong with the car and again he said no. We asked the car looks good why are you selling so cheap. The response was because the got an over abundance of this brand of car in on the lot and they jus wanted to get them sold. Well long story short we drove it ran great seem there was no problem. Went home drove for almost an hour straight to shop had oil changed. Found out that the oil looks so bad in the car they found a oil leak. The windshield fluid container leaks ( no big deal, easy fix). Then two days later transmission went out. Now the car is on they way to a dealership to be FIXED! Famous saying buyers beware, we learned the hard way.
Buying the car was a breeze. Yes the car main a few issues but the sales man handled it with the utmost professionalism. The con to buying here is if you are a few days late (8 days to be exact) on a payment the car has a gps tracker and a wheel lock. The hours are inconvenient so getting over there to pay or have work done is nearly impossible. It is very difficult to speak with a live person until its time to pay. I called in to pay at 6:05 pm and someone answered but would not accept my payment. Im blessed that I was in a safe place when the car locked down. Only God knows what could have happened if I would have had my small children in the car.
I can say the buy process was easy but the quality of product they sell you is the worst. the minute I drove the car off the lot the check engine light came on, I returned the car to them 3 times to fix it and every time they just reset the light and gave me the car back telling me they have to order the part and never did. I am left with a repo on my credit and nothing to show for the money that I have paid for. I would highly recommend that you GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY A CAR IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF ONE!
I got a camry from here one time and it was crap. Took it to there shop multiple times and they never fixed anything. Sometimes I thought the mechanics got paid just to sit on their ass! This car lot is horrible and they only care about your money nothing else. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I have only heard of one car that was okay from this place. Go else where people Best Auto Sales is not a good place to shop!
Terrible experience there, wouldnt dream of recommending to my worst enemy! The care only about their money, not the customer. I recently was going through a very hard time and fell behind on my payments due to my crappy car having issues (that they attempted to fix, but quickly came back) and they were not understanding at all. I regret walking into that building with a passion.

I had been everywhere looking for a used car and was unable to get financed until I went into Best Auto Sales the salesman were extremely helpful and offered great service. I bought a Chevrolet Tahoe and have not had one problem with it at all. They also gave me a free warranty I would definitely shop with them again and refer everyone I know to shop as well
Great Customer Service when I First Got My Car a Yr Ago From Jimmy. I Have & will recommend anybody To Jimmy! Whoever Jeremy & The Old Lady That Work In Payment Is VERY VERY Unprofessional & Rude ! If You Dont know How To Deal with People or Talk with Respect then Maybe Thats Not The Job For Them !
These people are sleaze-balls! They care only about your money, not the quality of service, you OR your car-unless youre behind on payments of course. I would NEVER do dealings with Best Auto Sales again....i would have gotten a better car from a hobo off the street.

Kevin and Jimmy are great sales people. My car purchasing experience while we were here was great. I will most definitely return when I need another car. Thanks Kevin and Jimmy for putting us in a nice vehicle.
